We all had these type of these experiecnes. I can tell you I had an experience when I joined a board and I haven't logged on in a long time and the owner sent me this novel long rant in PM about they put their time and effort in the board and how they are pissed off I mean literally almost cussed me out for not logging in for so long. So trust I know all the horror stories that comes with messageboards. I know about the racism and bias I know about having to conform I been there done that and now this is a different chapter. Yes the end of an era of people trying to make fans into robots. Though I don't agree with how many are ran but I respect the many others that won't conform to such crazy ways and work hard at becoming independent and refusing to jump on the bandwagon. Please remember though I do give free expression I only ask that you respect everyone on board and staff which I will be adding soon. I expect the same from my staff to respect each member. I was tired of people on a power trip losing the focus which is to pay homage to one of the Greatest Entertainers that ever lived. The Rules will be posted and I ask that everyone follow them accordingly.

Michael Jackson's Number Ones is the #1 Catalog Album for the 14th time in the past 16 weeks. The compilation sold 43,000 copies this week and would have rebounded from #19 to #9 on the big chart if catalog albums were eligible to compete there. This is the 16th time in 2009 that the top 10 on The Billboard 200 has excluded one or more of the 10 best-selling albums in the country.
Jackson has three of the 15 best-selling albums so far in 2009. Number Ones is #1, Thriller is #10 and The Essential Michael Jackson is #15. Thriller recently surpassed Pink Floyd's The Dark Side Of The Moon as the pre-2000 release that has sold best in the digital realm. Thriller has sold 243,000 digital copies. I think I'm done mourning. Since his death, everytime I heard his music, even out in public, I'd cry. Just a few weeks ago, I was listening to "Say Say Say" and the lryics, OMG, I cried the whole way through.
When Michael passed, I was personally hurt beyond belief, but especially hurt for his children. However, even after having children, he stated that he didn't want to age. To him it was "ugly". I still feel bad for his children, but after listening to the recent tapes, I think that he really is at peace now...and I'm happy for that. He's brought peace to me many times when I needed it most. I'm glad that he can finally be at peace too. | |
