i wonder when the thieves acoustic demo was recorded .. they gave us acoustic i feel for you randomly .. thieves is big on my list of much needed improvement of sound and an all time great acoustic prince demo .. they should put that out to keep us in our prince fever until september

I know the song isn't on this set, but has a version of "Last Heart" ever circulated where the horns at the end aren't abruptly cut off? Everything I've heard seems to be a tweaked version of the CB98 mix, since they all cut off in the exact same way.

My version on the CB97 album ends normally. With horn part, but a normal end. It's one of the few songs where I don't expect a long version, as this seems so deliberate to me, the ending.

I should have been more specific - I know the song ends right after those last horn notes, but there's reverb on the horns that cuts off at the very end of the track and isn't even faded out.

Even the lyrics matured, by just removing an unecessary ending.

WB has the priorities wrong again. The time spent on makeing these reviews possible could have been spent at packaging that fits a decent CD-shelf.

The result would have been a longer lasting effect of enjoyment than a few pesky reviews.

I'm pretty sure the marketing team is a different group of people than the design team. Do you think that the CD box is oversized because they didn't have time to design a smaller one? That doesn't make a lot of sense. It was a decision they made. Also, I'd say that putting together a box design probably takes a bit longer than sending an e-mail to the press with a pass to a streaming site.
