I believe Jobu Presents LLC is the middle man who arranged for Make A Wish to have their Gala at Paisley Park. I still cannot understand how anyone would not have a contract that did not have a cancelation (act of God) clause for this very type of stituation.

Thanks, I guess I overlooked this. Looking back, a simple google search would have answered my question. I would imagine the contract would have the same language as you pointed out. There are things that simply cannot be avoided, hence the language and clause for act of God.

When I made my list of the claims, I kinda rushed and looked at the first page of the claims. Apparantely, Ricky Baron and his company has a claim for $56k (rounded):

$3k of that is for his company for consulting fees

$21k (rounded) is for Jobu Presents LLC, the Mixed Bookd event for equipment rental, a/v rental & food and beverage catering

$28k (rounded) Make-A-Wish for equipment rental and food & beverage catering

No arguement on my end, but why would they seal the testing? Is this a normal protocol?

I am hoping that by the proposed January court date (can't remember if it is the 12th or 13th, perhaps the genetic testing will be complete and that issue is resolved.

I do not see the SA issue dragging out. It appears Bremer is ready to go just as much as the family wants them gone.

There are a few claims for both financial and heirs that have been sent to the appeals court. I believe the appeals court will side with Judge Eide, but again, these will take time and drain the Estate of money and resources.

I do not think any of the appeals will make it. The Greshams just need to take DNA test. Tyka and Prince had the same mom not really an issue with having them take a test. The financial stuff has been thrown out because the claiments just do not provide any proof of their claims. If someone owes you have to prove it to get paid.

I don't know about the middle man for Make A Wish but Breamer did find another venue for the Mixed Blood Theater and they turned it down so I don' t see how they expect to be compensated.

I am not sure how Dixon and Claire have not been found to be a nusiance to the court. I believe Dixon's brother is an attorney how does he not get censured for this abuse of the courts time.

It is all using the courts to try and perpretrate a crime.

Apparently numerous documents have been filed under seal the past 10 days.

The Judge said there appears to be no need to file these documents under seal, and the filers need to file redacted copies or file legal argument as to why they should be filed under seal.

Some of the filings were:

Another Petition for Appointment of Special Administrator and Acceptance of Appointment by Individual and by Corporation.

The Judge doesnt say who filed these documents. So it appears a 3rd co-Representative is coming forward.

Also, attorneys that represented the heirs and then withdrew are coming forward requesting payment of their attorney fees.
