Lol, that shady ass is probably looking to get access to court filings since he can't do that anymore through representing the jailbird.

Wouldn't be a bit surprised to find out he already comes here to the org pretending to be someone else and sucking up whatever info he can lol

Welcome to "the org", Mumio…they can have you, but I'll have your love in the end nod

As tough as they were on everyone with the requirements prior to approving genetic testing, I'm actually shocked they allowed it. Would love to know what proof there was that allowed this. After Carlin, they seemed to lock it down quick and there were tons of nope , nope and more nope to those asking for testing. I'm sure it's bogus but interesting to say the least. What's the name of this woman/child?

Embarrassing and absurd. I am glad the family is getting rid of Breamer. I would also love to see the picture. Did Breamer even speak to the family about this picture or ask about Prince's whereabouts?

All I can say after reading this is wooowww seriously?

Didn't Cousins represent Prince during divorce-EX2? I thought I read it in the court documents.

No, he didnt represent P during divorce.

Henson & Efron represented him.

Now that Cousins has filed a claim, can the Special Administrator investigate him?
I mean can they dig into his dealings with Prince and possibly file a lawsuit against him for stealing the Church after P's death? The claim is unsecured with no contract so it seems to be the same as Rodney Dixon's, bogus.

I agree with you entirely, and I am hoping between the new Special Administrator and Tyka's law firm Holland and Knight, they will be able to prove he was stealing from Prince and he will go to jail.

Alll she needed to do was say that she slept with a Prince and had a kid approximately 9 months later. That's how Carlin Q got to take the test.

It makes no sense for these people to make claims that they know are not ture because the DNA will show they're lying. What's the point? disbelief

For what it is worth, TMZ posted an article:

http://www.tmz.com/2016/12/20/prince-estate-divorce-lawyer-lawsuit/

"Prince might be dead, but that doesn't mean he's off the hook with a divorce lawyer who claims the singer signed off without paying his $600k tab.

Cousins Law Firm in West Palm Beach filed a claim with the singer's estate demanding payment of a $599,735.63 bill.

Patrick Cousins tells TMZ the bill dates all the way back to Prince's 2006 divorce from second wife Manuela Testolini.

Cousins says he and Prince were tight and had an agreement the singer didn't have to pay until all the loose ends were tied up. We asked the lawyer what would take 10 years to complete, but he wouldn't say.

Cousins claims he finished everything on April 1 ... Prince died April 21."

Don't add up to me, but hey what can you do?

New postings for change in SA. A personal represenative, Anthony Jones? Does anyone know anything about this individual?

I see Comerica bank has also accepted Appointment as a Corporation.

Proposed hearing on January 12th for the change of SA and determination of heirs. This is not signed by the Judge.

Maybe things will get wrapped up soon as least on the heir side?

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I try so hard to read these files, but after a while, my mind wonders at times.

So I guess that it seems that the siblings are not in agreement on the individual but are meeting in the middle on the corporation side?

--- His claim is going to be thrown out he missed the deadline to file a claim and I am sure they are going to ask for proof of what work he was doing on April 1st after being sued by the Browner Bros hair show people and the landlord of the property that he stole a security deposit from and having Prince in a sworn deposition say this guy did not represent him anymore. It is as if he just wants to keep filing to file like Claire. Like Claire I Pat is mentally disturbed.

Omarr is requesting full disclosure from Londell as to his contractual and personal relationship with any heir, and full disclosure of any efforts as an Advisor to the Estate.

eek eek

Omarr says he is "concerned about his current contractual and personal relationship" with the 3 siblings "as well as some aspects as his role of Advisor to the Estate."

As such, Omarr objects to his appointment as co-Personal Representative.

Also, Omarr is saying Van will resign his position as attorney to the law firm of Baker and Baker.

Remember Van was representing Omarr for awhile.

Omarr says he will waive any conflict.

Van filed an Acceptance of Appointment as co-Personal Representative of the Estate which means he wants the job.

I wonder why Van wants to do this?

He will not be representing the Estate forever, will he???

Van will be out of a job once everything is straightened out unless this will be a job that will last for years? It may be the siblings dont want to bother with the Administrative aspects of the Estate, and are willing to pay Van big bucks for a long time to be P's Personal Representative.

Omarr states Van has "deep contacts" in the music industry.
