You got the right place. But you answered your own question.

Basically, haven't heard a peep out of ST after it was all said and done.

what was said and done? i thought the judge only released the list of motions/ actions or whatevr. have the actual docs been made available? wasn't m2 appealing?

It doesnt appear that Ex2 filed an appeal.

After the Judge's decision to unseal the records several motions were filed.

Then a hearing was held on or about November 14, 2016.

The docket indicates "Under Advisement"

This means another decision/order will be forthcoming in regard to the divorce file.

Funny, but they have a clearance to genetic testing. Prince couldn't afford McDonalds in high school, but could travel to NZ. I am trying to be sarcastic and funny with that. No offense meant to anyone. Wonder when the genetic results will be released.

Ok, this might sound crazy, but the only thing that came to mind when I heard about the New Zealand woman is this: I read an article somewhere, that Prince, when young, I guess teen years, used to be involved with Park Avenue United Methodist Church and went on mission trips. The article didn't say much more than that about the trips, but could it be that he did any type of mission trips out of the country with the church? That's the only thing that came to mind. Just a thought neutral

Wow girl! I'm impressed that you thought of that. New Zealand doesn't get many missionaries though. They are not very needy I don't think. I'm glad you brought up the fact that he was in a Christian youth group. We are having a discussion of Prince's religious background on another thread and only 7 th day Adventist has been brought up
I asked Prince what he was planning to do. He told me , I'm going to look for the ladder. I asked him what that meant. All he said was, sometimes it snows in April. - book D.M.S.R.

I know it's so funny because the thought just came to me several days after hearing about the New Zealand woman. I couldn't think of any other reason he'd be there at 17 years old (if it's true, that is).

I'll look for the other thread you mentioned. I'm very interested in Prince's background spiritually.

Evidently, the NZ folks sent no payment for court costs and so on, so their claim has been denied unless or until payment, ect. is taken care of.

Also Rocnation has been denied on their claim as they did not include a $$$ amount they are seeking. Just more time and money dragging this out.

So is this woman for real or is she just trying to get attention. Does she not know who she slept with? All she knows is that is was a little light skinned dude so it must have been Prince?

As tough as they were on everyone with the requirements prior to approving genetic testing, I'm actually shocked they allowed it. Would love to know what proof there was that allowed this. After Carlin, they seemed to lock it down quick and there were tons of nope , nope and more nope to those asking for testing. I'm sure it's bogus but interesting to say the least. What's the name of this woman/child?

I cannot post the link from my phone....but I read a report this am where she states that P lived with her for a few months and was very aware of the child. Also she is stating that P visited the baby when it was 10 days old.
I don't believe it. Bremer just threw in a "WHAMY" cause they could. 😙

Attorney Patrick Cousins, the shady attorney representing CarlinQ, and known for his shady dealings with P and his charities, submitted a claim for over $599k.

I hope Florida takes his license to practice law.

Patrick Cousins, the shady (in my opinion) lawyer just filed a claim of roughly $600k for unpaid services. This lawyer knew the claim deadline and is just now filing? Does not set right with me.

As far as the NZ claim, I would like to see the photos. Bremer used the word resemblance, which creates doubt in my head. Time and DNA will tell.

A claim for what? He wants the estate to pay him for representing a jailbird/scam artist. When will someone report him to the bar.

The claim is for legal services for an account outstanding for $599,735.63. I am not sure if this has anything to do with Carlin Q. I am inclined it does not. Just states in the claim that it was prior to April 01, 2016 and it is an outstanding account and the accout is running account (whatever that means).

This is the same cat that sold the building.

As for how the claims are still being submitted, I guess claims can be submitted, it is up to the SA (Special Administrator) to deny such claims? If the claimant disagrees with the denial, then I would assume, and we know what assume means, that the claimant can appeal.

Just more legal headaches and drainage on the estate and non-excluded heirs.

I doubt Cousins is going to get anything since his record of malpractice as an attorney for Prince has already played out in other court cases. I doubt he is going to get his money without filing an appeal.

He also pretended to still represent him long after they parted ways. He pretended to be a lawyer for Prince and set up concerts which resulted in lawsuits. He also stole property from Prince's charity.

In addtion, the time for claims has long since expired.
