Why is there an angry emoticon on the main page for this post? This is great news! I can't see Prince making a television appearance like that and not announcing some sort of project. If I had to guess Plectrum Electrum and P's Solo album announcemnt, and possibly some tour dates. The new Warner Bros deal is bound to come up with P's history regarding the subject, which may lead to more info on the reissues too. Like I said, I can't see Prince going on Good Morning America and not announcing a project. | |

This is great news!
An announcement that there's going to be an announcement should mean something solid. I'm guessing plans are ready to be shared. . Best case: I'm hoping for details about remasters and new material -dates and what's included. Worst case: "Hey everyone, did you know Prince and WB have reconciled and have big plans for past and future Prince music? More details 'soon'" . [Edited 8/23/14 1:12am] ----------
