WHITNEY HOUSTON'S FINAL MEALRx and Alcohol

0213-alcohol-found-in-whitney-houston-hotel-room
Whitney Houston consumed alcoholic beverages shortly before she died, and the mix of prescription drugs and booze could have produced the fatal result.

TMZ has obtained photos of the room where Whitney died, showing remnants of her final meal. We're told she ordered a hamburger, fries, a turkey sandwich and jalapenos. The picture also shows a Heineken can and an empty champagne glass. Sources say the glass had been filled with champagne.

The picture (below) was shot in the bathroom after Whitney's body was removed and shows a tray which contained the turkey sandwich and jalapenos. Family sources say Whitney ate the burger and fries and took the turkey sandwich and jalapenos into the bathroom where she planned on eating both items after her bath.

If you look closely you can see water on the bathroom floor.

As TMZ first reported, authorities told the family Whitney may have suffered a fatal reaction from mixing drugs and alcohol, possibly leading to a heart attack.

0213-bathroom-where-whitney-houston-died

eek Ok, what I want to know is how did TMZ get these photos??? I mean, arent these photos a part of the investigation? Shouldnt they remain concealed and with the investigators? How is it that TMZ "obtained" them and put them up on their site? whofarted whofarted Someone give them to TMZ for money perhaps?

These would be police photos. Yes, someone sold them to TMZ.

I missed Chaka, but I caught Jennifer.

Did Chaka really tell a story about Her, Whitney, and Bobby getting high together? That's what I just read on another forum..

Yes, and is anyone really surprised? I always knew that Nippy and Chaka probably partied and got high together at some point.

R.I.P. Whitney Houston2/13/2012 4:47 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

PAUL McCARTNEY Pays His Respects to Whitney

Paul McCartney and his wife Nancy Shevell lay flowers at a makeshift memorial for Whitney HoustonPaul McCartney and his wife Nancy Shevell just swung by the Beverly Hilton hotel to lay flowers at a makeshift memorial for Whitney Houston ... and TMZ has the pics.

Paul and Nancy dropped a bouquet of yellow roses at the scene, shook hands with some of Whitney's fans at the memorial and talked about how much they loved the late singer.

We're told the fans tried to compliment Paul on his performance at the Grammy Awards last night ... but Paul brushed off the praise ... insisting, "This is about Whitney, not me."

We can't find any evidence that Paul and Whitney ever sang together ... but clearly, the Beatles legend had a respect for her work.

Greatest Love of All is certainly a huge one, and I MUCH prefer it to I Will Always Love You. For me it will be Saving All My Love, just because that is really where I took notice of her.

I've been a huge fan since the first time I heard her ("You Give Good Love") at age 7. "Saving All My Love for You" is definitely up there for me, but there's just something about her take on "Greatest Love of All," its message, and how absolutely beautiful she looks in that video. sigh

'All At Once' is the song on her debut that I fell in love with.

'Where Do Broken Hearts Go' touched me the first time I heard it.

'I Will Always Love You' is an incredible vocal performance. She nails it.

'Call You Tonight' is another favorite of mine. For me, she left with a hit.

I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

YES. This would have been a smah on A/C radio. ILTY was a great contemporary R&B album. Wish they would have promoted it more. "Worth It" is another gem. They actually played it on the radio the night she died.

Wow they really aren't wasting any time smh...

If Clive Davis does the right thing, he will set up size-able share of the royalties for Bobby Kristina's future (maybe with a claus stating she will be expected to continue her education in the field of her choice). Hopefully he will care enough about Whitney's daughter to do so.

time will tell eek

Why is that the 'right' thing?

He doesn't control the royalties going to Whitney's estate.

He's going to make more than she will, but he doesn't owe Bobbi a share of his wealth because someone died and in which he has no liability or duty of care (legally).

Do I have to spell it out for you?

if he has a caring bone in his body or a human neuron in his brain he will do the right thing by Bobby Kristina.

Why does he owe Whitney's daughter?

You are suggesting Whitney didn't take care of her affairs or look after her daughter?

His earning a bigger share of the royalties than the artist isn't new, unusual, abberant or the exception. It's the standard. We don't what Whitney's contract looked like or how much her estate is worth.

Those contracts are so crazy he probably would be powerless to do such a thing even though it would be the right thing to do.

He could certainly hand over his cash, but altering the contract isn't going to happen. Whitney can't sign a new contract.

If he chooses to give Bobbi cash, the only implication is taxes.

I'm finding it hard to listen to Whitney's music since her passing especially her ballads-which is of course is huge chunk of her catalogue. Listening to her just makes me too sad. Funny because just a few days ago I was listening to "Queen of The Night", "Just The Lonely Talking Again", "I Have Nothing" and "For The Love of You" non-stop. These past few weeks i've really been into "Queen of The Night" and "For The Love of You" (Which has always been a fave of mine. I love her cover of this song). I can't listen to her now though. It's much too sad.

Can't believe that such a huge talent and such a spirit is no more. I can't believe Whitney Houston is dead.

On another note, I wish these channels like CNN would stop acting like "I Will Always Love You" was her only song. Whitney is one of the most successful artists ever and has had several huge songs. Of course "I Will Always Love You" will always be her signature song and it is one of the greatest vocal performances ever, but damn, the woman had other songs. I don't want the younger generation to think she was just "I Will Always Love You". She was much more than that.

"And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ heart

"Baby, that was much too fast"...Goodnight dear sweet Prince. I'll love you always heart

Apparently the VH-1 interview Whitney was supposed to do before her death was to talk about Brandy. Brandy has a Behind the Music documentary coming up.

That's pretty good considering she hadn't had a mainstream hit since 2000. But watch that figure double in the next 2 years. MJ made 150 Million last year and Elvis made 55 million.
