I've read that the pic disc reissue will be an reissue (not sure if original master or the 2011 remaster) and the standard vinyl will be the new remaster.

OK. Does anyone know if the the vinyl will have a different mastering or or am I going to get exactly the same as the digital? I am concerned about the Brickwall. I do hope he put more effort in than THAt but he's... anyway.. But GOD a BRICKWALL digital to vinyl? Say it is not so. my $$s in preorders are slowly diminishing to one product....

It's not very nice to remind the world of the Emancipation artwork ( or C&D, or Musicology, or CB, or Planet Earth, or 20Ten... ).
But it depended. The majority of the albums have kickass visuals.

A lot of digipack releases also have normal clamshell releases. Hopefully in a couple of weeks a proper CD case version will be released. I doubt it but staying hopeful otherwise the CD will rot away.

Calling it- they're adding "Father's Song" tonight. If you look on iTunes/Apple Music, suddenly the track length is now next to that song...5:30! It's a dead giveaway. So I guess I'll be pounding on the refresh key for the rest of the afternoon until it goes live!

The time being added is absolutely an indication the track is getting ready to drop, although not necessarily tonight. I've never known iTunes to bother doing a simultaneous world-wide track release but there's no reason they can't. Exciting stuff.

If you've already pre-ordered the album and have an iPad or iPhone, you'll get a notification as soon as it goes live. No need to refresh all night, hoping it changes.

WB does not care for their product:

Not in the sense of proper storage of them discs.

Not in a way of creating a proper, decent product that one would expect to celebrate a 33 year release of a movie or soundtrack.

They do not even market this as the extra special limited edition of `only` 100K pieces with the rest in normal but proper jewel cases.
