As far as anal goes, I would love some alternative mixes. The craft of Prince deserves it.
The "Man In The Mirror" instrumental is phenomenal. OK, it's squeaky clean, but hearing the bass and the gospel piano stabs near the end is a real treat for a musician.

What I love about the "making of the album" videos you see here and there (and everywhere?) is when they mute or solo some tracks. It would be great to have 8 or 16 tracks versions. Obviously you need some dedicated software, you can't ask your average Joe to go buy a DAW just for that.
But the HTML5 audio API seems promising in the way it can really lower the costs of developing a standalone, universal app dedicated for this.

I mean, wouldn't you like to hear just the backing vocals at the end of "Adore", or the ad lib guitar solo of WDC?

Edit: Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Vietnam too. The countdown begins for European stores, I guess.

I just checked out the preview and it's synthier than I was expecting, can't wait to hear the whole thing tomorrow!

It doesn't deviate much throughout the song, but it's nice. It starts with Prince laughing and saying what sounds like "sup Branigan". No idea what to make of that.

not digging father's song. But it was not something I was all that hyped over...

Only heard the sample of Father's Song... but I'm loving it. Starting to see how an alternate Purple Rain album (or an alternative album during that period) might have looked. Electric Intercourse and Father's Song have a similar synth production that isn't quite like anything I've heard from Prince. They work really well together.

Can't wait to hear the whole track!
