Prince Album Poll 2018 Hey orgers! I'm conducting a poll of Prince fans to celebrate his legacy. In the poll, I will count down fans' favorite Prince studio albums, Prince non-studio albums, and associated artist albums with significant Prince input (at least 50% of the songs having Prince involvement). The deadline is November 5th. If you'd like to participate, fill in ratings on a 0-10 scale for however many albums you wish in the list below. Rate 5 albums or rate all 89!

Prince - For You - 10 (SO underrated) Prince - Controversy - 9 Prince - Purple Rain Deluxe - 10 (our destiny/roadhouse garden introduced me to P) rince - Piano & A Microphone 1983 - 8 (it's not something I'd listen to, but I love the reasons behind it being the first posthumous album and how unique it is)
I omitted a lot of 2000s albums because they all blur together for me. I haven't gotten to the associated artist albums yet. As a relatively new fan, I'm excited to see what others think! | |

Looking thru peoples lists I begin to get angry at some of the marks albums are getting, some seem so arbitrary. My personal feeling is that the albums should have to be put in order 1 to however many, as this would force the voter to think objectively about how good the album actually is (eg is Carmen Electra better than Lotusflower). | |
