I had a trial subscription. During it I downloaded/selected make available offline for Van Hunts album, The Fun Rises The Fun Sets, Planet Earth (don't ask me why..I just randomly picked one), and HARDROCKLOVER. I just pulled the app up and nothing new will stream, but Van Hunts album, Planet Earth, and HARDROCKLOVER still play. I tried other trax and it won't play them and puts up a box saying "Streaming Not Allowed You do not have a valid TIDAL subscription, please visit our website to renew it". I did not expect that at all. But yes, the trax I opted to make available offline, and downloaded still play. Only within the app though. The trax don't show up in other media players on my phone. I couldn't find them with a file manager either. My bad for working on assumptions and not actually checking. | |

Music isn't dropping until 9/7. If I were Prince & Tidal I wouldn't do any promotion until the week before it's available. That's the advice I'd give them. | |
