Kim Kardashian got royally booted off stage at a Prince's Madison Square Garden concert.

The Purple One ushered the "Kourtney & Kim Take New York" star onstage Monday night -- despite joking that she "might be too sexy" – but was unimpressed when she started "shaking."

"I was so nervous I froze when Prince touched me!!!!" she tweeted after simply standing onstage, shaking her head and clapping as Prince cut a rug around her.

After a brief period of time, the "Raspberry Beret" singer appeared to have had enough of her antics.

"Get off the stage!" he scolded, grabbing the 30-year-old star's wrist and pointing her to the stairs, and she threw up her arms in rejection and left.

Her boyfriend, Kris Humphries, who was also at the show Monday night, didn't appear to mind her nerves. He gushed about his "gorgeous" girlfriend getting "shy on stage."

"Kimmy got nervous," the New Jersey Nets player tweeted. "So cute though."

Luckily, Kardashian, who earlier on in the evening had taken to Twitter to state she was going to "party like it's 1999," had a chance to make up for her lackluster stage presence.

"Went up on stage AGAIN! This time I redeemed myself!" she tweeted. "We all danced while Prince played the piano! Wow! What a night!"

On Tuesday morning, the E! star scolded critics, including Prince, for denigrating her stage presence.

"Come on people!" she tweeted. "Doesn't anyone have a sense of humor?! Prince must not have seen Dancing With The Stars! LOL"

Prince was playing MSG on the latest stop of his Welcome 2 America tour.

I know he didn't mean any harm....I was only joking! And we all know Prince when he has the stage he love 2 make people dance, laugh and have a good time! And once I was on stage with my Uncle George Clinton and Sir nose (Carlos) grab my hand and started dancing with me and I was so shy that he didn't have 2 tell me 2 get off the stage...I got off on my own and all of my sisters were laughing! Sometimes when you are pulled on the stage unexpected you get nervous...But its all about having a good time! I'm 2 shy 2 sing in front of a crowd so I would like 2 sell some of my poems 2 some music artistes...I think it would be cool 2 hear someone sing some of my lyrics

I have put things of for a while, but now that my children are grown its time for me!

Thank you. The pics. actually become like animated if you through all of them. I wanted to take at least 500-1000 pics., but I was too exposed to the ushers and didn't want to be thrown out.

I put all the photos in one album you can see, but many shots came out very very bad, I only posted descent ones in here.

Yes, i was not far from you and I met this guy in PR outfit, really nice guy and Prince's fan. We were dancing right there and Prince saw this guy in PR outfit)) and I think he seen me too taking photos, but thank god that P. seems more relaxed and nobody took my camera away from me.

BTW, I'm fixing this album, I had to reload, is only 300 pic., and many of them are very bad quality.

Is better if you view them as a slideshow.

BTW, does anyone knows who one guy was from the audience. He was on the floor, by the piano, he was standing, didn't have any seats next to him.

He was dressed up like a doorman with cool hat and jacket that had some sparkles on front. He was with 2 very beautiful women (or maybe they were beautiful trannys). I thought he was cool, I loved his outfit, and he looked so familiar. Who was that guy, does any1 knows?

Oh..other thing too...In the VIP box on the piano side there was one black tall guy I thought was Michael Jordan. He was super tall. Is that was him or some other basketball player?

thank you so much for posting these pics. I am actually in quite a few of them. I had the pleasure (honor) of being up on stage. (short hair - sequined top) It was AMAZING! I am so glad it was captured on film.

As for Stern he's been grinding the axe on Prince since the 21 Nights book launch in 2008. He didnt like the show at the Hotel Gansevoort because it was very dark, plus Prince wouldn't go on his show.
