OMG isn't that the best feeling?? cloud9

YES! We cheated and had some of the cake for breakfast this morning!

Did you know it is actually BETTER for you to make your own junk food than to buy it? The ingredients are more wholesome, less preservatives, less fat (seriously), less sodium, and you actually don't eat as much because you made it? I learned that from a health food nut. It's true. So now I never buy frosting in the tub, I make it, as well as the dough for the rolls, cake flour, etc. I make it all from scratch. It's much tastier! And whatever the ladies don't eat of the cake tomorrow will most likely be at work with me on Monday for the rest of them greedy heathens. I've actually had less junk since making this stuff all the time! Yay!

Oh I'd forgotten...I make some really good TOSTONES.

Made some yesterday and they were devoured.

Did you mince garlic and mix it with olive oil and salt to drizzle over them??

I used to order that as a side from the Pollo Tropical fast food joint every other day I lived in Miami... I think it made my booty grow boxed

lol

Those pale in comparison...you have to go to an authentic Cuban/Puerto Rican/Dominican restaurant to REALLY appreciate a good order of tostones.

...or I'll make u some. wink
