No, it’s VERY clear what your intention is: Miko is to believed (despite just his word). W & L are to be doubted (despite evidence). Don’t try to weasel out of this, your implication is very clear. But why? That’s the real question. I don't have to weasel out of plain English. But maybe you're doubting my words because I'm a woman. I wonder why?

Which, after two responses, you obviously can’t do. Let’s just leave it, ok? You lose. I win. As for your inexpensive point about gender? That was rushed, dude. Of course, I have no idea what your sex is.

Isn't the point of the podcast to act as a marketing tool for the SOTT SD - and so takes its lead from the tracklisting of the SD edition - which contains loads of Revolution tracks (and in fact is kind of a "SOTT with a bit of late Parade SD"). Which is why the contributors are who they are and we're only just now hearing from (eg) Levi? I guess they could have called the pod "Prince: The Story of Some of the Songs Which Are Included on the Sign O' The Times Super Deluxe Edition" to make it a bit clearer.

Again. 4 episodes in and majority of the podcasts have not only been about outtakes (which yes some include them) but they have yet to discuss his solo work which is also the other half of the released album Robbajobba said: Isn't the point of the podcast to act as a marketing tool for the SOTT SD - and so takes its lead from the tracklisting of the SD edition - which contains loads of Revolution tracks (and in fact is kind of a "SOTT with a bit of late Parade SD"). Maybe Wendy & Lisa shouldn’t have asked for that raise...
jk But what would the rest of Prince’s career be if he continued The Revolution forever?? They did their thing and Prince wanted to keep going on HIS journey. And he did. The Sign/Lovesexy bands were great and fun for him as he was clearly happy. And the New Power Generation and the ever changing of the lineup was the standard to Prince and his live shows for years to come. It had to happen. In my personal opinion, I feel Prince was a bit sad and mad that he had to disband the Revolution (with smashing the cloud guitar at their last Parade show) but he knew he HAD TO in order to go off into new things; and that made him happy [Edited 9/17/20 9:53am]

One thing I noticed about the chat regarding the last Revolution show. Wendy's recollection is almost completely different here from the interview the Revolution did when they reunited after Prince's death. Notably, she attributes the "It's over" statement to Bobby here whereas she said on the couch that this is what she said to Lisa. What I'm thinking is Jesus Christ how did you have a full on conversation with the drummer and pianist who are fairly removed from your position on stage? All that and the bag of chips were mouthed to people? Imagine what kind of sight that must have apparently been: Wendy just so gobsmacked she turns around to have full nonverbal conversations with the band nestled behind their rigs. Poor gal. Lol.

All I did was advance a simple point. A point still unaswered by the moaning minority on these threads. They say (repeatedly) that the W & L influence on this record is overblown. I say it isn't, which the record shows. Their response? Check out a guy called Miko. He says he was there instead. It's laughable really.

This dude has just gotten away with being mean spirited for a good 20+ years in this community. Rather than have people like this run unchecked and scare away other contributors whilst the community is kind of limping along, he needs to be put in his place. Why is it okay to abuse fellow users but the second you clap back at a mod, shit gets real? I've been slapped with like 3 2 week time outs in 2020 alone due to a different mod who, though skating by with little attention during Guttedgate, is just as bad with the wonky ass moderating as Casey is.

I took from the podcast, that Rebirth of the Flesh was written directly after the break up and was a dig at Wendy and Lisa for asking for more money and not respecting that he was why people bought the records and tickets for the shows. I'm hot and I don't care who knows it...I got a job to do.
