Both versions come in that box but the CD version is significantly lighter and thinner. My CD brown box is roughly 2 1/2" thick.

No, I have to flip it, open the back cover to access the discs.

That is quick, usefull, intuitive, etc.

Ha, This is the level of criticism I've had to to put up with from my mum my whole life! If I suddenly presented her with the Super Deluxe set, and said "mum, I've just finished recording and releasing this 8 cd, 1 dvd set of my life's work, painstakingly restored, lovingly presented in a detailed, glossy book, spanning nearly every genre of music AND included two concerts recorded when I was at the peak of my game- what do you think?" Question for US Amazon shoppers...specifically the ones who the site stated would be arriving on the 29th. Has any of you received notification that it has shipped? Mine says (both versions of the set) it will be arriving on the 29th. But neither shows as shipped yet...

Yeah,I won't order these sets from Amazon anymore.On Wednesday,I cancelled my Amazon order and went to ImportCDs instead.It was cheaper and my order arrived this afternoon.
