Now if he did have insurance and they are left to pay 61K in medical expenses then hell yes, there was a big major medical issue. . My hubby has a contract with the pain med dr. and he has to have drug testing done all the time. One time all those tests cost over 12K, that's what they charged our insurance company. . 61K isn't out of range. Do you think he spent 61k for an ambulance ride, drug test, or MRI. Do you think expenses that were paid alredy by insurance would be listed as an expenses. 61k is from medical bills.

There was something about his complexion that hinted to me something was not AOK with him as far back as Musicology.

Medical expenses would include the private plane sitting on the ground in Moline for hours including pilot charges. Ten to twelve hours extra time is pricy. He saw Dr S twice, there was probably a big bill ro cover Dr K and his son, one doctor supposedly cleared his morning schedule*, tests, drugs, tests, drugs. Since insurance would have covered 80% of negotiated costs, it's obvious he was self-insuring. And was being celebrity-gouged. After all, health insurance involves one of those CONtracts. *I'm still convinced this was Dr S who showed up that morning. Welcome to "the org", laytonian… come bathe with me.

I didnt think of those expenses. Most likely $61k total is right for the above services.

--No, I watched clips from all his shows from 2004 and on he does not look actually tired until 2013. Something is off at that Montrux shows, the natural hair, black clothes, the burst of organized charitable giving and reaching back to old friends.

What I am saying about Dr S is that HE was likely the mystery doctor who cleared his schedule that day. I know he delivered tests. Welcome to "the org", laytonian… come bathe with me.

I know that many of the songs listed are previously release music, but there are a lot that I'm not familiar with and I've heard and/or own most of his major releases.

That seems a bit much to me too. You can have surgery for less than that. I can't imagine Prince not having health insurance. At first I was thinking that the expense may be the cost of a group health insurance policy for him and his employees, but then I saw that it was listed under the heading "EXPENSES OF LAST ILLNESS". I would think that "last illness" would include the Moline ambulance and emergency room visit, ambulance called out the Paisley Park, and the autopsy, these can't add up to over $61K.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
I'm still thinking that there has to be a trust of some sort, because the total value that they have listed seems really low for Prince.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
i would say a paradigm shift mid to late 2014...starting with the grammy appearance in orange..then various pictures ..knew in trouble with how he was looking at NYE party getting off plane last year in St. barts..that wasnt the prince we knew..also, wthe AMA awarding the weeknd
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
what seems low..his assets are his music..he runs his cash through the corporations...he got a fuckign state and federal income tax refunds...shit ton of property..what is low...huge overhead though he clearly was doing just fine and had the wherewithal to sustain PP and make big charitable donations

I read autopsies are not funded by the government, nor are they covered by insurance. So the hospital may have ate the cost or sent the bill to the family. As for being in denial, I was in major denial that Prince was gone for a very long time after April 21st. But for me, at this point learning of an illness , will not be as painful or matter because I have had eight months to come to terms with the fact that he is gone.
