The case got thrown out and he just keep the docs and followed the same procedures. Goggle him and check out his website he is nutty as a fruit cake. I feel so sorry for the family having this dragged out by a bunch of people who need to get on medication.

Yes Laura you are correct. To me it takes a lot of guts for Brianna and VN's mother to feel they are entitled to be heirs given the fact they know they are not related. Duane was born August 1958 while P's mom and dad were married. They did not get divorced until 1968. Duane's mom passed in 1973 so he would have been 15. And my guess is that to keep Duane out of the child services system, John stepped up as the acting father. Still that would have only been 3 years before he finished high school and went off to college. In the meantime his other son, our beloved Prince was living this place and that until Bernadette Anderson stepped up to take Prince in. I would think someone should have knowledge of what actually took place and where Duane actually lived after his mother passed. -- From everything I read he lived with John. I always thought it was jacked up that he threw he real son in the street and took him some other kid. I also remember his sister saying that Duane was not blood related.

And some of the tears I've shed was due to his childhood. But you know the more I think about it, he probably was so much better off being able to have all that freedom to create his music and focus on his dream. And he was close to his family as an adult is that correct?

Whose decision was it to put McMillan and Koppleman in charge??
Prince had a known dislike for both lawyers and music business executives!

Prince had a known dislike for both lawyers and music business executives! Kopplemen gave him a contract after the WB break-up and if you look him up he runs a brand marketing company that works with a lot of other acts. Londell did negotiate his break with Warners and managed Prince for a decade I am not sure how close they were at the end of his life and do question if he can handle the releas of the vault material even thought I know he had a hand in setting up NPG records.

To not appear as a frivolous party mr Dixon needs to provide some real proof, I guess, if he were to write the court again... Pills and thrills and daffodils will kill... If you don't believe me or don't get it, I don't have time to try to convince you, sorry.

That article lost credibility the minute I read the title: Hundreds of People Claiming They Are Heirs To Music Legend Prince’s Estate. That lie has been floating around since P died. If you thought you were an heir, who could contact Morse Genealogical Services in Florida rather than a lawyer? Better yet, who has even heard of that company?

Telling the whole world she had a miscarriage. So much for privacy. Reread it - I think the last item on her list says A LOT. "I think it's important to have friends who won't enable you and will keep you in check. I'm that kind of friend". "Remember when you told me that love was touching souls?" ☔️ A Case of You ☔️
