I dont know why she needs 5 out of state attorneys.

Tyka is not paying the attorneys up front.

They will get paid when the Estate is finalized or when money is distributed to heirs.

If re-zoning wasnt approved, I dont see how they can go forward. They dont have the proper permits?

That's a bunch of bull. Didn't they already give the go ahead and several things at PP were changed around due to their recommendations? How frustrating for the Estate.

Those chicks are smoking crack if they think they are getting anything. What sort of precedent would it set that any ding dong that was friendly with a family can be an hire?

If anyone has the time, they should view the video of the City Council meeting last night and the emails that they received. The first part of the meeting is a bit boring but when the new PP onsite Mgr speaks it gets interesting. They (from my take) want to get people in, guide the tour, push them out the door. They say the tour is XX time, no one is allowed to "hang around" after the tour has concluded (no longer that 20 min.) as they will be pushing folks to leave the property. You can also see that there are some points they are well prepared for and others they are not. There is also information shared that the property adjacent to PP (2 tracks) does not belong to P, it belongs to LOVE4ONEANOTHER a non profit organization. The Rep from Graceland stated that he had spent many hours speaking to MR.KJ as to what P wanted for PP. Then there are the folks that spoke from the community. There were few people that even though they did not want a wall built, only PUSHED the idea that one is needed by opening their mouths. You could tell that the Mayor was truly put out by the decision to table this matter. Really yall need to listen and watch if you have the time. This does not seem as though it was executed for excellence on anyone's part. Maybe Bremer made a huge mistake in putting Graceland folks in charge.

I am trying to be opptimistic, hopefully once the Briana, VN and Simons issue is resolved, things will go quickly and smoothly.

If not, we may see more new volumes opened to deal with the onslaught.

Not too mention, the appeals that have been filed recently.
