I was given a script for Fentanyl for complicated bilateral carpal tunnel, something that flares up from time and time today. My doc gave me another script after exam but didn't take the whole bottle of the first, still have 'em. I am back in the pits.....I was feeling like, maybe, he really did just bug out...wishful thinking but the six odd weeks since his reported departure, I've just been soaring on his music to help me get through it all. Now, I'm numb and just can't move, my heart feels like it's slowing down and I'm ready to sleep for a long, long time. Where do we go from here? Another nail in the coffin, sometimes the only thing that gets a person through whatever is music, drugs, sex, alcohol, shutting away....what is playing is the boot from his Atlanta show featuring Black Sweat, damn that was only a few days before he landed in Moline.........I can't hear him now. Ready for long sleep. Need me some fuzzy love....and yes, I wear clear heels

He wasn't wearing shoes when he died. I don't even know why I find this upsetting. It just is. I always had this idea that Prince was always being Prince 24/7. I guess whatever pain he was in, was eased by not wearing shoes.

Hate to grasp the Somnolence word, but his problem was he couldn't sleep, was awake for days... His chef said he was only eating mild liquid foods lately because of upset stomachs and some abdominal pain. That Fentanyl stuff sounds horrible. He must have been in a lot of pain. Also, I think we will probably have to accept that we will not know everything about this. I'm not even sure we should - some things are just private. And even official reports read on live TV under oath by Obama won't stop conspiracy speculations. That's just how people are. Hey loudmouth, shut the fuck up, right?

Don't know if you look at posts on some of his very early pictures there is a thin scar that goes around his left hip. So unless it was a very early surgery? admission is easy, just say U believe, then come 2 this place in your heart.

Some people and myself have recently noticed a scar on his left hip the other day, it was on an old photo (from early eighties). When I saw it I thought that he might even have had a hip problem history like a lot of children have in early childhood (a very common thing). Just a thought. The one time they tried the patch on me about 5 years ago, prior to me really educating myself about these drugs, one put me out like a light for days. Woke up in more pain but sick as a dog. Took back to dr immediately. Exactly why I refused this last time around. Plus I had read about the dangers of it.

I am zeroing in on the "self administered" fentynal patch. What does that mean exactly? It was just put on by him or he acquired it without prescription? Surprise, surprise.
Another treat. Another trick.

SHOULD. Hey loudmouth, shut the fuck up, right?

maybe not from you or me, but so people don't run off with craziness. Did he have cancer? Did he have anything else? Was it just pain? Personally, it would be a lot easier to swallow if he had some terminal disease, it's hard to accept another hero dying from something so foolish.

SHOULD. Yes should but also In those tolerant to other narcotics w chronic pain. I'm speculating here, using my own experiences, that the percocet no longer controlled the pain. And you can't keep taking more and more if it BC the Tylenol will shut your organs down

fuck yea it's horrible, i got sick off some bad chicken or something a few weeks ago, at some point, you start thinking that death would be better. Those episodes end though, at least for me, I have sympathy for those in chronic pain, i've seen them and feel badly for them and their limited futures.

Oh, God. Self-administered possibly means that the drug wasn't prescribed... ...Which means that the Daily Mail's story from April 23rd, about a Fentanyl dealer is probably true. http://www.dailymail.co.u...ction.html I'd never even heard of Fentanyl before. And there it is, in that shady story, two days after he passed.
