Prince's chanting in Superconductor

In the song Superconductor, at around 1:41 you can hear Prince's voice chanting something in the background......... I cannot for the life of me figure out wtf he's saying. Anyone ever decipher this?

i think it's

"e-o-lectric [...lightning?...] e-o-lectric"

which makes sense since in "2Y2D" there's the lyric:

"she's got knee-high boots and e-o-lectric hair"

smile

which also might make stronger the theory that 2Y2D was inspired by andy allo

and true love lives on lollipops and crisps
