Sorry, it's late, I meant he had no dependants. Wife, kids etc. As JW put great restrictions on who you can associate closely with do they not also expect an inheritance should you die and have no dependants? [Edited 4/27/16 17:09pm]

What they expect and what they get are two different things... I'm pretty sure MN law applies here not anything the church may hope for.

It didn't take long ... Prince's sister Tyka went ballistic in the first meeting with the singer's siblings and marched out of the room ... and we're told it's already becoming a money squabble.

Sources with first-hand knowledge tell TMZ, the meeting was held Thursday in Minnesota. Tyka, Prince's younger sister, was present, along with brothers Alfred and Omarr.

We're told the meeting was tense, and 2 hours in Alfred expressed his displeasure that he was the only sibling excluded from Prince's memorial service, which Tyka planned. We're told an argument erupted and she stormed out of the room.

We're also told the brothers have a clear impression from the meeting ... Tyka thinks she's entitled to more than them when it comes time to divide Prince's assets. As we reported, under Minnesota law all 6 siblings -- irrespective of whether they're half or full -- share equally, but apparently Tyka doesn't see it that way.

Our sources say after Tyka left, a rep from the bank that was appointed as the administrator took Alfred on a tour of Prince's home and the area where he died "so he could properly grieve."

I was afraid that this would happen This is why Prince needed to have a will.....to prevent these type of family squabbles where everyone is fighting for his money

In the UK the gutter press tapped phones, put hidden cameras in rooms and peoples property and had people followed. I expect TMZ does exactly the same..

Hold on.What i don't get is this:

Didn't someone on the org (who seemed to be savy with legal matters) say that according to Minnesotian Law a person can deliver their will kind of anonymously to the courts and that document will only be disclosured (and the fact that it even exists) when a death certificate has been issued - which in Prince's case hasn't been issued yet because that again can only be done after autopsy results have come in ?

In other words - isn't it like that in legal terms there absolutely still is the possibility of an officially delivered will, just it cannot be found/disclosured yet because the autopsy report isn't in yet ?

Like, why does everyone behave like there definately is no will although the legal proceedings in this regard have not been completed yet ?
