I hear drum sounds in this song that sound a lot like the drums in "Amazing" by Kanye West. I believe they are taiko drums. Maybe it is just me.

The more i listen to it the more i like it. It really sounds something genuinely different from prince. even though to me, there doesnt seem that many different instruments or elements to it. Is kinda simple but really effective at the same time. I dont know, i carnt explain it. Which is a good thing to me!

i dunno...i think this track is kinda bad-ass. you gotta feel the bass to hear it.

You'd be a pauper concerning me. I'm an - either I like on first listen or I don't - type person. If I don't like it on first listen, more listens don't change my mind and more likely than not only make me discover more reasons of why I didn't like it in the first place.

Plenty of rockstars can relate on a "regular" life level. It's just hard to listen to a guy in his 50s talk about strawberries and whipped cream.

Yes I mean just go and listen to one of the streaming prince radio stations for a while and you forget just how many, and different sounding songs prince has written. So to still be sending out different kinds of sounds etc is pretty mindblowing really.

very good point. This song dosen't sound like anything he's ever done or anything else i've heard by any artists.
