I wouldn't take this fan seriously Serena. On another thread she told another fan it's a just a rumor that Prince will tour with anyone/group. She said it's not going to happen then Prince made his big annoucement 2 days later. I honestly don't think 4bjb has any inside information.

Meh... what would REALLY be the reason for a Revolution reunion tour at this point. These people have all changed. It wouldn't be remotely the same and would just seem like a money grab or a nostalgia act. ...and while I certainly think Prince could only improve by being around W&L more, it's doubtful he'd be as open to their input as he was in the mid-80's.

Tickets should have been ready to go on sale by today with lots of publicity. Instead we wait and lose interest. No doubt we will regain it, but what about the masses?

if we imagine for just a few small minutes that prince is actually a human being and somehow

does have an inkling of an idea of what normal people have to deal with day to day right now,

it might be that he decided to tell about it now, roughly 2 months prior to tickets going on sale

and actual dates being set, just to give people a chance to put some money aside for tickets,

and transportation or overnight stays in a hotel etc.

i doubt it, but it's at least a possibility, right?
