I haven't read through the whole thread, but is 3121 an applique on his jacket or is he wearing a plain jacket with 3121 added with photo editing software? The spacing of 3121 seems to be off. ughh...I don't like it at all.  I agree that the spacing seems off, but I was thinking maybe they changed it intentionly so that it would echo 3/21 (the date) even more--the first '1' looks more like a slash and is longer than the second '1'--and in the USA Today ad the release date is almost directly below the the 3121 on P's back.  The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp. | |

One other observation I've made over the Years...Prince seems 2 favor having the left side of his face in pictures...and shown on stage.( Like 95% of the time) Any one else noticed this???? or is it just me..? | |

That would be a bad cover imo, the sketchy font is awful, plus the concept of the image is too similar to that of Musicology, the real cover has an element of mystery i guess, but although it is no masterpiece, it beats alot of the pror covers by a country mile | |
