Printable this may have been mentioned b4 but....is it just me or are the 3 and the 2 slightly off white and have texture and the 1's are very bright white and smooth?

or am I just seeing things? Yes, I noticed that too. The first '1' resembles more of a slash, like when writing the date 3/21 and the second '1' I guess is supposed to echo the 3 & 2 more. (To me, the second '1' looks exactly the same as the bottom right section of the '3'.) If you look at the ads that have the date (like the USA Today ad, for example) you can see that the release date of 3/21 is almost exactly below the 3121 on his back. My theory is that they altered the '1's so that they were two distinct shapes and make it echo the release date more.... left/right edit [Edited 2/22/06 17:23pm] The check. The string he dropped. Well, neither 'Musicology' or 'The Rainbow Children' had Prince's name on the cover either.

Maybe because it sucked? It's fine for a single I guess, but a dark silhouette in front of a psychedelic background. I could make that cover in Microsoft Paint. | |
