my goodness, the ol' "he can't make a 'good' album anymore" spiel...i needn't give an answer cuz ya'll know full-well what i think about this kinda stuff.

ya'll will all still be on ol' boy's nutsac in 2005 and beyond, no matter if he makes a great album or not. save the w(h)ine for The Vineyard of the Supposedly Tortured Purple Brethren. seriously, why keep on with the same ol' same ol'?
clapping Psycho calls it Battered Princefan Syndrome.

The statement is false. Whether or not a Prince album is great is subjective. People think GB is a suck ass album but I think it's great, my absolute favorite one.

The problem is that they're not hungry anymore. They're comfortable so everything is sunshine and lollipops now. Give Prince pain and misery and then maybe we'll see some action. I think we need to get Larry G. to fuck Prince's wife and have him walk in on them. That could get the ball rolling.
This is a truly fucked up thing to say, Evil. For real.

Gotta be me babe. smile

Super False!

All he needs 2 do is do a couple of collabs with artist like Jill Scott, Beyonce,Alicia Keys,or Nora Jones. He also needs to let someone else produce a song for him - like Dr. Dre or the Neptunes.

Oh hell nah. Prince doing a produced project by DRE or Neptunes is too passe and damn pop/unoriginial.

As for him working with Jill Scott, I beleive that is already in the works as we speak.

In regards to the other artist you have mentioned, I beleived that he has already worked with them in some capcity already so that would be a set back for him especially Beyonce
.

Ugh! No way.

He'd be better off with Rick Rubin or Trent Reznor.

hmmm A collaboration with Trent Reznor might be interesting. I know for a fact that Reznor collaborationing with Bowie was deep especially with that song I'm Afraid Of Americans. So, who is to say what could be the result with P if he does work with Reznor. Hell, it might turn out to be a masterpiece..

No way! That would be Prince selling out to today's form of music. All Prince needs to do is drop the "creative jive" and put out something hard again.

It would definitely be a change of gears in the RIGHT direction.
