We all stood around for about 30 mins they were packing up his stuff, and the place was emptying, come out to a queue outside, od about 400-500 people maybe? and read on twitter Kiran saying about a 2nd show, but now am reading they just let some people in for the Encores and charged them £35? | |

ok, lets leave the 2nd show fiasco to another thread - this show was off the scale. He just seems so happy, love how he & Donna keep looking at each other intently - like father teaching daughter!. highlights? - slowed down sexf / funky version of play that funky music white boy, bass solo IN MY FACE on Hot thing, full version of when doves cry AND 4ever in my life, Funk n' roll opening jam, - actually a very loose funky opening in general to warm us up!, tonnes of hard rockin, Hannahs smile [wow!] & too much else for me to recall!. The 1 thing that stands out is that he just seems so very happy & enjoying this latest adventure. these gigs& the 3EG sound are only best expereinced live, forget the records, forget bootleg CD's..you just have to be there! | |

I went to 'the second show'. It was £35 entry. It wasnt a second show however. We got the last 30min of encores. Prince was on fire but we felt cheated. It was announced on twitter by his manager and the academy that it was a "2nd show". Chances of a refun..hmmmm You'll never know a girl called Nikki and you'll never find Erotic City | |
