This is a great topic because there is a difference between HOT and pretty.

I am 5'3" , 50 and weigh just over 200lbs

When I was 25 I was of course the same height but weighed about 125lbs.

I had long chestnut brown hair, thick, wavy with tons of red highlights.

I now have short grey hair. Still thick and wavy.

I was clearly prettier at 25 but somehow I am hotter now. Young men pursue me more then older men on Internet sites. I have very few sexual hangups and I think that that comes through in both profile and my pictures. I am aware that many men prefer thin women but plenty like a thicker woman, (they like a chubby vulva it seems among other things).

I walk and talk with more confidence. I know myself and consistently dress in a way that suits both my looks and shows off my personality. I flirt with an ease I never knew as a young woman and I am far wittier then I was back then. All this makes me sexier now.

I grew up very Catholic and was taught about sex by my Mom, who was clearly frigid. I was constantly worried about going to hell, lol .

I see that on sex threads sometimes here on the org. Every once in a while a orger will bring up hell and God and it reminds me of my youth.

Lastly, I was very into fashion and would not miss "Style with Elsa Klench" on CNN to save my life. I still love the art of fashion but I realize that the bulk of the fashion industry is made up of straight women and gay men neither of whom will ever get in on with the women they declare "fashionistas". I dressed more to please that crowd. Now I keep an eye out for what gets the most attention from men who like my Twisted Librarian look.

(Again with the long posts....sorry confused )

I concur with this too. Many women do this. Much of all that "fashion, style, gossip, glitter and glamour" that many "girls" like so much, is also made by "girls"

Maybe, I am missing something here. Gossip is girlish, but that never gets old, and shouldn't fashion, style, glitter, and glamour be for all ages? What's wrong with looking good, at least sometimes? Are you expecting women or 'girls' to always look like they're torn up from the floor up? lol

^^^Ok the glitter and glamour part, with the age, that's stretching it, considering there's children involved lol

this woman earnestine shepard at 74 yrs can be considered haute, beautiful and hot. perhaps not hot in the mindset of today's hot-seekers (in i wanna get with her hot), but in the healthy wonderful side of "hot."

imo Ms Earnestine Shepard is hot! 2010 and 2011

Taut abs and rippling muscles aren't exactly the stuff grandmothers are known for. But then again neither are marathons and cell phones that play the theme to "Rocky."

At 73, Ernestine Shepherd is in better shape than most people decades her junior. Up at 3 a.m. every morning, she spends her days running, lifting weights and working out other senior citizens at the Union Memorial United Methodist Church in Baltimore. She also works as a certified personal trainer at her gym.

"I feel better than I did at 40," she said. "I am very, very happy."

In less than 20 years, Shepherd has morphed from a "prissy" woman who never exercised to the Guinness Book of World Records' oldest female bodybuilder.

A die-hard "Rocky" fan -- "Sylvester Stallone is my man," she cooed -- Shepherd is preparing for a body building competition this weekend.

"I feel now that I am a very strong, positive and confident woman," she said. "Years ago I concerned myself about what people said concerning me. But when you get 70-something and you don't have that many years in front of you, you don't concern yourself with that."

I am so inspired by this woman!

I am 50 and she started when she was over 50 years old.

So I have Idols now, Ms Ernestine and Ms Paula Dean.

My goal in 2012 is to look like a cross between the two of them. I want to keep my puffy fat pussy and plump face but I also want to get a great layer of muscle going underneath all that puffiness to firm it up a bit. I'd say bring my weight down from 212lbs to about 160 or around size 12. What do you guys think?

Honestly, I am psyched because I can totally picture this even HOTTER me sexy !

happy new year lol

Yes it refers to pretty much all ages, which is precisely why I was agreeing with the comment "women set higher standards for themselves than men set for them. You can't blame it all on the men."

80% weight-training + 20% cardio + good eating habits will do it. But you gotta hit the weights HARD.

Got to hit them like Ms Shepherd! I found a gym that is pricy but I bet they have everything. I am not working and it is right on the bus line. I could easily take the time to become a gym rat.

There is also a cheaper gym or 2 that I could go to. We shall see!

Apples has had some work done but it seems to have settled in well. Hopefully she doesn't keep going back for more and more. It is when they won't tolerate even the tiniest line that they go from HOT to freaky. I love the bangs and her new look and she is certainly HOT.

Yep I know she has had some work done to her face. She doesn't have a "cat face" or a freakish trout pout so she's still good. Hopefully she stops here. Don't know about her body. But she's still hot.

Likewise party

I guess it would help if many women would knock it down a notch or two, but not to the lowest common denominator, especially if those standards are not positive, and in her best interest.

I'm sure this woman could get some hot MILF/cougar action if she wanted to.

I think younger women are blessed with actual physical traits which make them very hot at least on the surface, but a more mature woman has the personality traits, intelligence, and wisdom to make herself more hot to others, particularly people over 35.
