I was shocked at what my Giants did to the Texans. Except for a miscue on special teams, it was solid game all around. Nicks was on fire! We're tied for first with the 'Skins, and the Cowbitches lost - today was a good day.

I was shocked too but it goes to show you anything can happen in the NFL.

The 49ers have to be the biggest disappointment in the league this season so

far. You can add the Cowboys and Bengals too but i think the 49ers were handpicked

to runaway with the weak NFC West. Where the hell did Brandon Lloyd get game from?

He was mediocre when he played in Frisco.

He's probably not the best route runner ever or fastest WR around (haven't seen him play lately so I don't know), but for a few years I've thought he has some of the best hands in the league. I wish I could find a video of the catch he had a few years back where it looked like he caught it between his thumb and index finger.

The teams we thought would be the class of the NFC(Green Bay, New Orleans, Dallas, Minnesota) are struggling. It's wide open now.

Now we know what really went down in Foxboro. Brady and Moss got into a bitch fest.

Where the hell does Brady get off telling a grown man to shave? We know once they

got into a shouting match who was gonna win that battle.

It came across the screen on ESPN last night. Look at the front page of Yahoo now.

It's one of the headlines. It was reported that Brady told Moss to go shave and then

Moss preceded to tell Brady to cut his hair because he looks like a girl and then a

shouting match ensued and the two had to be seperated.

Yeah, they reported this in the "Boston Globe".

Who knows. If true, the insults and resulting shouting match I'm sure had more to do with performance on the field. Which one thought the other wasn't putting forth the effort again, how

knows. It was also reported (in the Boston Globe) that Mr. Moss rubbed the owner the wrong way when he didn't sit at an assigned table for a team charity event. People pay so many thousands of dollars to set at a table with a Patriots player. Reportedly, Mr. Moss sat by himself with his head-phones on all night. The bottom line, I think they weren't willing to pay Moss the money he wanted, his long in the tooth so they decided to move on.

Cmon man. Everyone knows Carson slipped on the turf while Kemo Von Oelhoffen

was on the ground. lol

If he doesn't get it together that could get ugly in Cincy.

I hope he plays that ugly when they play the Steelers Nov. 8

49ers haven't started 05 since 1979. For whatever it's worth we can still win our division and make the playoffs. But not if we don't win a few in a row right now.

I'm glad Frank Gore acted like a grown man and spoke up about his fumbles. So much of a big deal being made about Smith (who is admittedly quite average), but it was those fumbles that really out us in a hole to begin with.

Carson Palmer may actually be hurt. Somethin' sure ain't right with the guy.

This MNF game is kicking some ass right now...

Jets tried to give one away last night, but they hung in there once Favre got hot and pulled out a win.

The old Jets under Herm or Mangina would have found a way to lose.

Pull out the old uni's baby and the Bucs will have a successful season. lol

I told you those pewter uni's are crap. Seriously they are improving. I can

see them getting 7 or 8 wins and beating the Saints again once this season.

"NOT." what? I'm confused. We can EASILY still win our division. It's a mathematical fact. And we'll start by soundly beating the Raiders this weekend. biggrin lol

You think so?

If Singletary can't win this Sunday, he's outta there and probably won't finish the season.

RAIDERS have to take this one. We can't let your only win come against us. Niners are playing better at home, and we've already blown one on the road, so we have to be ready.

Nah. The "owner" of the team doesn't have a clue what he's doing, so I believe him when he says Singletary is safe this season.

Do I think we'll win more games than the Raiders? Without talking any mess at all, yeah, I do. The Niners SHOULD BE 4-1, possibly 5-0, at the LEAST 3-2. We got to 0-5 through a bunch of stupid "wtf!?" kind of mistakes. If we can just stop that we'll start winning games. The Raiders, I think, are right about where they should be record wise. Also, again not trying to be insulting in the least, I think the Niners have just a BIT more talent than the Raiders this years. .... maybe not at QB, though. lol

That "statement of support" is the kiss of death. Singletary said the same thing the day before firing his offensive coordinator two weeks ago.

The Niners should be? Yeah right. I SHOULD be a billionaire . . . .

Niner's are not more talented at any position except TE? Yeah you have Gore but we have Bush and McFadden.

If you had a better line you could just run it all day but that doesn't happen . . . .

I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

Dude, you are WAY too much of a homer to discuss this stuff objectively. I can FEEL you tension through the screen. lol You HONESTLY believe that TE is the only position where the Niners have more talent than the Raiders? rolleyes The Niners win this weekend and finish with a better record than the Raiders. I'm calling it.

Harrison must have been complaining about carries since Peyton Hillis has

been getting the lion's share of the work lately.
