I'm not sure anyone knows. They're definitely in a rebuilding phase. Torain's been good, but he's not good enough where I can say they have a legit run game. Moss is a #2 WR at best, so they have no WR, no o-line = no offense. Trying out a new defense which so far ranks near the bottom of the league. And then they waste draft picks (which they should've kept and used on the o-line) to get Mcfabbulous. McNabb was never meant to be their "answer" at QB like Favre was for the Vikes last year (considering the Vikings already had a great D and offensive weapons) so I really don't know.
