Dream on, Dreamer . . . Dallas doesn't need him. However they could use an upgrade over that turnover machine called Kitna. I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

My first best guess would be yes. Probably no one in or going to the Hall of Fame though.

Jeff Brady Linebacker, has played with 8 teams: Steelers, Packers, L.A. Rams, Chargers, Bucs, Vikings, Panthers and Colts. However, I wouldn't be surprised if someone else played for more teams before they started keeping such stats. See the Related Links for "NFL Answer" to the bottom for the answer. The Pro Football Historical Abstract by Stan Lahman mentions that one Tillie Voss played for 11 different teams during the '20s. A visit to www.nfl.com's Historical Players index confirms that in his nine-year career, Voss played at least one game for each of the following: Buffalo Bisons, Dayton Triangles, Chicago Bears, New York Giants, Detroit Panthers, Green Bay Packers, Toledo Maroons, Akron Pros, Rock Island Independents, Buffalo All-Americans and Detroit Tigers.

So much Drama going on this season in the NFL

I can't think of a year wackier than this one.

And the scary thing is that we are only half way through the season

That'll be the final nail in his coffin and just a flaky enuff move for Jerry to do it

I bet it turns out that the Patriots just rented out Moss for two weeks in exchange for a draft pick.
Heckuva deal! | |

My 5 second offense.
1. What the heck is happening down there in "Big Sky" country? Jerry Jones needs to plant his butt in the owners box, never move, and avoid all cameras and mircophones. He's 80% of the problem.
2. Mr. McNabb can't run a two minute offense but Good Rex / BAD REX can?
3. My goodness the Raiders, the dead have officially risen.
4. Randy Moss head-case: I wonder, what the interview with himself will have to say about him being waived?
5. Minnesota Vikings head coach Brad Childress should be fired.
6. NFL teams, do not offer Bret Farve a job next season. Please.

Jerry jones the owner should fire Jerry jones the GM.... Wade Phillips and Jason Garrett too..... Dead last in rushing touchdowns and rushing attempts?!!.....amazing

Shit not since 2001 it seems. Shake up the league. And the Browns are actually more interesting to watch than the Cowboys. It's definitely wacky. Don't laugh at my funk

Jerry is a respectable GM. He should just stay his ass off the field and let the coaches coach. If he wants a Jon Gruden that's what his ass needs to do. Stay in the fucking press box. Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Fuck a Jon Gruden he ain't shit without a Tony Dungy team to push around. Gimme Bill Cowher all DAY! These bitches need to be hit in the mouf and Bill's the man to do it.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
You're right. I'm hoping he stays near home and coach the Panthers. Might give fans here a reason to watch and it would be interesting to trash talk the Panther fans a little. What could work in Dallas favor if Cowher can put up with Jones is the unfortunate death of his wife earlier this year so he may opt to coach the most attractive opportunity available. Don't laugh at my funk

Jerry better throw money at this problem and make Bill the highest paid coach in all of sports if that's what it takes. The Dallas Cowboys are THE most valuable franchise in all of American sports and 2nd in the world. All this despite not winning a damn thing in 15 years. So he's got the money and better get to spending IMMEJETLY.

I just can't see Bill Cowher working under Jerry Jones and all the drama there
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
If Bill Cowher is smart, he'll stay far away from Dallas. He'd be foolish to go there as long as Jerry wants to be another George Steinbrenner. All the hot rumors say Cowher's coaching the Panthers next season.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Exactly. Theres a big difference between working with the Rooney Family and working for Jerry Jones. Honestly I see Bill Cowher end up knocking out Jerry Jones.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
I was thinking the same thing!!!...Cower would knock his hairpiece right off...lol I can't see any premier coach going there to put up with that...

Jerry's interference is WAY overblown and overdramatized by the media. He's nowhere near the meddlesome owner that everyone THINKS he is. I've been around Cowboys players for the last 15 years and worked for several of them and they all say good things about Jerry and that he backed way off when he brought Parcells in. His son is the one who's really trynna pull strings.
But Jerry himself has been giving his coaches enough rope to hang themselves for awhile. He had a pretty hands off approach with Bill and let him make almost ALL the decisions except when he brought TO in against Bill's wishes. Yet letting Bill run things got us absolutely Nathan.
