This record is kinda unbelievable. And what thought that went into it! Love looking at the credits and seeing all three names on every song.

My expectations were sky high, but damn, im on a total trip listening to this album.

wow, this is perfect, what an album and i´m only on song number 6.

Beats are sick, vocals are perfect, what a sound, so warm.

Its like rhythm nation 2015, the album i always wished for.

Vocally this is her best album.

I knew this was gonna be good, im on a trip!!!

EXACTLY!!!!! Album is definitely solid! Haven't heard such a consistently fun, explorable and fresh album in a long time. Right now, "Dammn Baby" is on repeat, but this is one album that I'm not going to be able to stop playing in FULL for a while. music

Yes!! I concur!

A beautiful, mature, diverse album. I knew she had it in her! For me, this sits alongside the "great four" (Control, Rhythm Nation, janet. and The Velvet Rope). Yes, I said it.

"Dammn Baby" and "Night" are kick ass uptempos. Bring the fuckin' heat, Janet.

I am completely and totally in awe at the sheer wonderfulness that is this album. She always comes back and sets that bar high while giving us something different, but this time she DID THAT THING. I mean, I was at work listening to this CD and I almost lost my mind several times. lol A++++.

Okay here's my take. Upon first listen, I liked the album a lot and really appreciated the mature sound. Some songs I got into immediately and loved, and others I knew had potential but would grow on me, that last track was the perfect ending that got me so excited to put it on again, and I really enjoyed it on the second go. My favourites right now are

Gon Be Alright

2 Be Loved

Damn Baby

Dream/Euphoria

Black Eagle

After You Fall

Great Forever

Unbreakable

Burn It Up

No Sleep

Broken Hearts Heal...I can tell though she was trying so hard to keep it together and positive, but had a lot more to say/sing about it, like she sang "words can't express" The beat also gave me an off the wall, thriller, even all for you era vibe

Lessons Learned was also an important song on the album

Welcome back janet!!! It's nothing like her past albums, though it's still very her, I get what jam & lewis were saying

What I want to know is when did Janet record this BRILLIANT album? It's AMAZING! It must of been in a heavy guarded top secret environment...Because JJ&TL have never been mentioned in her recording processes....It's also grown&sexy

I cannot tell you what this album means to me personally... Three weeks after my dear friend passed on... She would have loved it.

I don't know how everyone is able to listen to this in one sitting. Almost every song is so good I had to listen to it several times before I hear a new one. I listened to it for almost 3 hours and only heard the first six songs. The Great Forever is even better than the preview showed, such a unique sound for a Janet song. It has now replaced I Get Lonely as my favorite Janet song (cue the recency bias police!). So far it's as good as RN and TVR and I hope I don't hear any duds.
