She's the one who suggested she'd make Michael's dream come true, which is to become a father. Let's get that straight wink But I've followed this whole thing also. She was paid off! She didn't walk away empty handed. Her fat bank account helped her stay away. When MJ was alive she tried to get in their lives still & have a relationship with them more than once. if you've really been following this whole thing, you would know that you're wrong. as emancipation said, debbie rowe is on record more than once stating that she had no desire to be a mother, as much as she wanted mj to be a father. moreover, you can't pay someone off if they're not willing to be paid off. she has shown more than once that she cares more for money than those kids. she gave up her parental rights *unilaterally*, and without telling mj. so much for wanting a relationship with these kids. she's good friends with a man who sued mj and said some pretty slanderous things about him. soon after mj died, they went out to japan to sell a movie which the man cobbled together from old mj footage he had. sort of like what the jacksons do; they go outside the u.s. thinking that puts them outside the reach of the executors and having to pay their profits from mj's image to the estate. this woman is not genuine, at all. i notice that prince does not share his sister's desire to have debbie anywhere near him.

I dont understand it either. I dont understand why someone would go into a sticky about an artist they obviously dont like or have negative perspectives on. Its one thing to be constructive but if you dont like the artist just fucking leave. He always comes and purposely says something negatively which is why I dont bother to go back and forth anymore

I am a Michael Jackson fan which is why I frequently post and come into the sticky unlike you who just troll the sticky. You are not the reason why I come here lol And if you dont want anybody calling your ignorant childish self out then you should not instigate comments with insults.

In the other thread, you instigated that reply by being a smart ass and I just simply responded to it. I can not believe you insisted you were in college when you write like a pre-schooler. You are always starting arguements then get mad when you get challenged. I just think its pure comedy. lol

I followed the whole Debbie thing also, and even though she got paid I still always saw it as a friend having a baby for a friend.

Debbie is one the few in MJ's world that was never a scary threat or anything, IMO. She could have made millions and millions from selling stories and she didn't. And I know she's friendly with Schaffel, but unlike the Jacksons she wouldn't allow that leech to exploit her kids.

someone contended that he was not happy during the years of OTW and THRILLER, but when MIKE gave that interview with GOOD MORNING AMERICA celebrating his 50th birthday in 2008, not only did he say, his happiest moments recording as a solo artist took placed during OFF THE WALL and THRILLER, but those years represented the happiest moments of his life, and he said that because there was no superficial image to uphold and that he could express himself authentically......and that's why I knew what he was going to say before he said it

[Edited 4/29/13 16:20pm]

It doesn't force me to reconsider MJ at all, I'm a hardcore MJ stan and that won't change. I also love OTW and the years before Thriller. He said during those years he wasn't happy and so did many people around him at the time, so despite him saying that it was his happiest years during those recordings doesn't change what he said. Had he not been accused of molestation, he would have probably said something different. I believe one of his biggest disappointments in his recording life was when the Grammys ignored his work on the BAD album, you could tell he wasn't happy at all and that's why he viewed the album as a flop. I think OTW & Thriller were years he regarded very high because those were the albums that made him the international superstar and respect from his peers and the industry, but it was also a quite paralyzing because he could never reach those levels of sells again. It's also not strange for artists to go back and be inspired by their first works and I think MJ loved the organic feeling of OTW and I believe in some ways that's the kind of music he wanted to work with in later years.

Michael Jackson’s Wrongful Death Trial Begins Monday; Fans Warned Crazy Evidence Will Surface!

michael jackson old photo new trial

With Michael Jackson’s wrongful death trial just on the horizon, it sounds like we can expect a whole new can of worms to be opened.

According to sources, the details we know so far about MJ’s life and personal struggles are just the tip of the iceberg. Once the trial begins, sealed medical documents will come up as evidence and in testimony.

A source revealed that the King of Pop’s medical records had:

“…remained sealed for a very good reason. The contents of the records will stun even the most diehard Michael Jackson fan. Michael’s dependence on prescription drugs for routine cosmetic procedures was astounding. The judge has allowed AEG to present Michael’s medical records to prove their point that he was addicted to drugs, and the lengths he would go to keep it hidden. They had absolutely no knowledge that Dr. Murray would be giving Michael Propofol at his home. If AEG did, they would have terminated talks with Murray immediately, and taken the appropriate action. AEG doesn’t want to present this evidence, but they are being sued by Katherine for $40 BILLION DOLLARS,”

Ruh roh. Attention all Michael Jackson fans: prepare to brace yourselves.

Sounds like things are about to get very heavy.

But we do have to say this–MJ, even in his life, didn’t have the cleanest of records. However, his fan base stayed strong, and despite his personal failings there was no denying his musical gift.

We just hope that when the private medical life of Michael Jackson is brought to the surface, his children and family don’t suffer more because of it.

and what I'm looking for is MJ saying OTW was his favorite album as in he was most proud of that particular album or enjoyed that specific album musically the most. I don't doubt Michael enjoyed the recording of OTW and considered that particular period to be one of the most happiest period of his career.

@ Alphastreet thanks for the link but in that Jesse Jackson interview Michael said OTW was a high & important point and I still couldn't find him saying that was his favorite album. I wanted to find an interview where he actually says the album is his "favorite" output, because honestly as an artist I think that would be a pretty vulnerable statement to make and it's hard for me to imagine Michael flat out saying one of his earlier works is his personal favorite.

Michael Jackson’s daugh...s Witness

Paris Jackson

Jackson family matriarch Katherine Jackson, 82, raised all 8 of her children to be Jehovah’s Witnesses. Even at the peak of his fame, superstar Michael Jackson continued going door-to-door spreading the scripture and handing out copies ofThe Watchtower. But Michael, who did not observe holidays or birthdays as a child, broke with religious tradition by treating his own children to lavish birthday parties at his Neverland ranch.

When Katherine Jackson took custody of Michael’s kids, Paris, 15, Prince Michael, 16, and Blanket, 11, after Michael’s untimely death in 2009, the children attended meetings in Kingdom Hall with Mrs. Jackson, went door-to-door as their father did, and encouraged their friends to convert to Jehovah’s Witnesses.

But, according to Radaronline.com, Paris and Prince have decided to stop going door to door.

From Radar Online:

Every Sunday, Paris, 15, and her brother Prince Michael, 16, would venture door-to-door in Calabasas, Calif., collecting donations for Jehovah’s Witness. However, in recent months, the pair has neglected their duties, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that it was Paris who put an end to the good deed because she absolutely hated it!

“Paris resented going door-to-door to raise money for Jehovah’s Witness, even though it was what her grandmother wanted,” a source close to the situation said. “So, she dug her heels in a few months back and told Katherine she just doesn’t want to do it anymore – and Paris and Michael haven’t done it since.”

Paris is starting to act too grown. Sometimes I wish the rumors we're true that Auntie Janet "Disciplined" her.

2. Also...which one of you are getting this?? Only 3 days and 19hours left guys lol

Andy Warhol @ Christie's: Studio 54

And who knew even mr.Warhol wanted to date Michael hahaha XD

“Susan [Blond] got me an interview with Michael Jackson, one of the Jackson Five and the star of The Wiz. I asked him for a date. He said, ‘Are you a fairy or something?’ He was going with Tatum O’Neal then. I wanted to go on a date with both of them.” (A. Warhol, Exposures, London, 1979, p. 200)

...I just think, IF ONLY I GOT TO SEE MICHAEL JUST ONCE LIVE. Not even many times JUST FREAKING ONCE....I hate that this person Michael Jackson will remain such a mythical figure to me for the rest of my life...I really hate that freaking Cirque de Soleil show is the closest thing to experience his energy and vision at the moment although it doesn't compare...I really hate going to other artists' concerts and hear them play MJ tunes as a tribute and realize that in reality that's the closest thing for me to enjoy MJ's music live at concerts...I really hate to accept it. IF ONLY I SAW HIM LIVE JUST ONCE. That's really all I wanted!! sad sad sad

[Edited 4/29/13 13:37pm]

I know! I feel the exact same way, that's why it sucks that Conrad killed MJ because that was the only time I could have seen MJ live, because I was a baby when he was performing in the 90s... Cirque de Solei was really the closest thing for me as well and it's so sad because I know MJ was magical on stage. :sad2 sad

I don't want to sound selfish since losing him was bad enough and I felt for his family before I could feel my own pain that turned me numb from the shock, but getting over the fact I was never, ever going to see him in person or perform live now took the longest to adjust to, years even. Cirque Du Soilel and the Unity tour is the closest now and I'm glad I saw them, but I really, really miss him and came so close to seeing at the This Is It tour, and also regret not going to see him a few times about 10 years ago when I had a chance, cause I didn't want to spend to see him unless it was career related though I loved him too, I wanted to be disciplined with it but it was too late. It also hurt cause I've seen every single person I've wanted, and the one I wanted the most is gone, but I also know it's selfish cause michael emotionally depended on fans and maybe fans did the same and he was a people pleaser which is what made him decide to do it one more time. I was surprised he was doing this is it too and thought he would just do an album and retire, so I sometimes feel mad that his decisions, the people around him, the people who hurt him for years and the doctor all contributed

That's good she's chosing her own path in life and that she doesn't let her grandmother indoctrinate her. I have to say that you are quite stupid if you wish someone to "discipline" a child. The girl is 15 years old and is trying to find herself and being a teenager is part of growing up. Oh and I love the kurt cobain shirt she has on. Be thankful she's a smart and a healthy kid, who is trying to be herself in Hollyweird where most young teens want to be the next Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian...

I say thank god, she's choosing her own path. I was afraid she was going to become this wimpy zombie that just goes along with what the family says. But this kid instead has shown she's got some spunk to her like her mother.
