Yeah, if this was anyone else you would just be laughing at the stupidity of the whole thing. But because it's MJ, seeing this crap go down is just very depressing to watch. It is just mind boggling how such a sweet and caring guy like MJ, was surrounded by the most fucked up people on earth. Even Lindsay Lohan's friends (and family) don't betray her like this.

I will not sit back and let someone flat out lie about my uncle. PERIOD.

I am writing these words knowing that the minute I press send, my life will never be the same afterwards…

I was sexually abuse. By an uncle on my mom’s side of the family when I was a kid.
My uncle (MJ) was a support system for me and my mom. He wrote a letter to her that many have seen already, u just didn’t know what it was about. http://t.co/t07wGqa1xd

that is how I KNOW Wade is lying. Because I AM a survivor.

My hands are still trembling.

Don’t forget I was living at Neverland when Wade testified during my uncle’s case. I sat there and ate dinner with him and his family.

I will not let them smear my Uncle’s legacy. #Followthetrail

I don’t want to go on TV. I don’t want publicity, I just want the truth.

I always told my uncle Michael that I would take a bullet for him. I mean it today just as much as I meant it back then.

I hate that Wade made me do this, this way. But since my uncle Michael is no longer here to defend himself. I will.

No, I chose to highlight the relevant stuff. I don't care whether AEG gets nervous and might want to pull a plug, they are not the artists. I care that the choreographer says that he thinks MJ was getting there. But apart from that, the choreograhper is not MJ. Even if the choreographer would have thought MJ wouldn't be getting there, it's irrelevant. Only MJ is able to say whether he was getting there and able to pull it off. And seeing the TII footage, taking into consideration that it just was rehearsals, taking into consideration that the person, who probably worked closest with MJ, was impressed by part of said rehearsals, tells me that he was getting there. And really, how he was getting there, quick or slow, is irrelevant. The point is getting there. And by all acounts, he was. And geez... a teleprompter. Tell me a high profile singer, who doesn't use teleprompters these days. Nowadays it's pretty much common to have that available. I saw it on plenty of shows. Also a big duh to that he seemed tired and lethargic on some days. No wonder, when he couldn't sleep.

But really, I'm tired arguing crap with you. Who cares what made up BS you believe. There are more important things than what some nut believes.

I know u don't like it....

but see, I aint arguing....I'm going off of accounts directly from a guy who was associated with this arrangement...

see, you highlight all fluff, but I focus on all the stuff that indicates this concert should have never been scheduled in 2009.....never...

U said MJ don't need to rehearse, well that's a slight to the craft of performing itself...

that's like telling an athlete he/she doesn't need to train in order to reach peak level

u just can't wing it when you are expected to perform a major tour/show like this one.....

PAYNE said MJ had trouble performing the same dance routines he had been doing for god knows how long....

MJ asked for a teleprompter so he could know what lyrics to recite

that man had never required a teleprompter throughout this entire career at no point, ESPECIALLY from 1969-1984

you conveniently left out the fact this man HAD to visit his dermatologist on the regular (as much as 2-4 times a week) just to "maintain his appearance"......he visited his dermatologist 2 dozen times.....that shows how much his being detetori

that enough is damaging

and the fact that he complete 2 full rehearsals out of 45 plus sends all kinds of red flags that he was not physically ready to do these shows....but keep on believing the hype, because this entire show was based on that...

but I got plenty more....I'll holla...

Glad to see not much support for Wade within the media:

Whoopi and Barbra Walters didn't buy Wade's account.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

TMZ's Harvey Levin: "This is about money. That's the only reason you file a creditors claim. It's all about money."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nicole Richie's mother:

Brenda Harvey Richie ‏@BrendaRichie 9m
I just watched the Today Show! What a crock of BS fr Wade! Speaking as a Professional in Social Work, that interview was totally rehearsed

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Debbie called into TMZ

Debbie Rowe doesn't believe for one minute that her ex-husband, Michael Jackson, molested Wade Robson, telling TMZ the latest accuser will not blemish the memory of MJ.

Rowe -- reacting to Robson's appearance on "Today" and the 2 legal claims he's filed in court, tells TMZ:

"I was angered that Wade Robson reversed his sworn testimony from court in 2005, and now claims to be a victim of sexual abuse."

Rowe goes on ... "His publicity-seeking attempt is opportunistic and just oozes falseness."

Robson claims Jackson molested him for 7 years -- between the ages of 7 and 14, although he squarely denied it when he took the stand as Jackson's star witness in the 2005 molestation trial.

Rowe tells us, "It will be quickly forgotten, and will do nothing, nothing to tarnish Michael's extraordinary legacy."

Michael Jackson’s Nephew Taj Was Molested as a Child

Michael Jackson and Taj Jackson

Michael Jackson’s nephew, Taj Jackson, says he was molested as a boy by a male family member on his mother’s side. Taj, 40, revealed his family secret in order to defend his uncle Michael against the most recent molestation allegations made by former child star Wade Robson.

Taj’s father is Michael’s brother, Tito Jackson, 59.

In a series of Twitter.com messages sent on Wednesday, Taj called Wade a liar, and he said Michael personally consoled him after he told his mother Dee Dee about the incident.

TJ Jackson Tito Jackson and Taj Jackson

Taj tweeted: “That is how I KNOW Wade is lying. Because I AM a survivor. I was sexually abuse… By an uncle on my mom’s side of the family when I was a kid.”

Taj said Michael “was a support system for me and my mom… He wrote a letter to her that many have seen already, u just didn’t know what it was about.”

Taj’s mother, Delores “Dee Dee” Martes, drowned in the family pool in 1994 — a year after her divorce from Tito. Her boyfriend, Donald Bohana, was convicted of second-degree murder in 2000.

Michael’s notes to Dee Dee, handwritten on yellow paper, reads:

Dee Dee please read this article about child molestation and please read it to Taj (and his siblings) … it brings out how even your own relatives can be molesters of children, even uncles or aunts molesting nephews or nieces. Please Read. Love MJ

Michael Jackson notes

Taj continued:

“What people will $ay and do for money and to $tay relevant is $ickening. De$perate times call for De$perate mea$ures. #Money…

“I always told my uncle Michael that I would take a bullet for him. I mean it today just as much as I meant it back then… I hate that Wade made me do this, this way. But since my uncle Michael is no longer here to defend himself. I will.

“Make no mistake. Since my uncle Michael is no longer here to defend himself. I WILL. Even if that means friendships.”

Michael Jackson and Taj Jackson

Taj is pictured (top) at age 11, riding the Roaring Tiger roller coaster with his uncle Michael at Circus World in Orlando, Florida in 1984; and above, 2nd from right, with Michael, his brother TJ, far left, and their cousins (Marlon Jackson’s 3 children).

TJ now has joint custody of Michael’s children with Katherine Jackson.

IF the true statistics were known, it would show that children are the number 1 victims of rape and sexual abuse in this country. Many children are afraid to speak out for fear of retaliation. And when children do speak out, their family members refuse to report the abuse to authorities. And the sick cycle is repeated as abused children grow up to abuse others.

From the NY Times:

What damage the case could cost Jackson’s reputation — and his valuable estate — is unclear. The estate has flourished, even though his faults and indiscretions have already been widely publicized, and some entertainment and estate experts say that the details revealed in this trial are likely to elicit more sympathy for Jackson, not less.

“I don’t think this will negatively impact Jackson’s earning potential through music or consumer product licensing at all,” said Martin Cribbs, who has represented the estates of Einstein and Gandhi. “What truly separates a legend from just a star is when their body of work supersedes who they were as an individual.”

In a court filing last May, the estate said that it had had gross earnings of $475 million since Jackson’s death.

"MJ will be my new name. No more Michael Jackson. I want a whole new character, a whole new look. I should be a tottally [sic] different person. People should never think of me as the kid who sang "ABC," [or] "I Want You Back." I should be a new, incredible actor/singer/dancer that will shock the world. I will do no interviews. Yes and he achieved all those goals, except becoming a known actor although it could be said he was the biggest actor because nobody truly knew him. A true artistic genius!

Last night at the Billboard awards, Chris Brown gave a great performance to his new hit, “Fine China” with a surprise guitar solo by Orianthi from “This Is It.” Chris ended the performance with a silent tribute to his idol Michael Jackson. He finished the song behind a lighted panel emulating Michael’s silhouette dance and ended with MJ’s signature pose.

And Tracy Morgan gave honor to Michael tonight with his outfit. Here’s what he said.

“Since this is a music show, it’s the perfect time for me to talk about an artist that was and is special to us: Michael Jackson. (He raises his arm for more applause) I went to a show and Michael was wearing this (he grabs his jacket and slightly pulls it open) and I said to myself, “this is the dopest thing I ever saw” and it showed me that Michael wasn’t about being big, he wasn’t about being bigger, he was about being the biggest. So I went out and had one made. (The crowd yells and applauds) Michael, this is for you.”

He raised his arm to the sky to Michael.

Michael Jackson, Prince top Sunday ratings

Two music legends helped put two very different shows at the top of Sunday's ratings locally and nationally.

A segment on Michael Jackson's property brought viewers to CBS' "60 Minutes" regular edition, which had 175,700 viewers in Central Florida.

Prince's performance at the Billboard Music Awards was a big winner for ABC with 140,100 viewers. The program also featured performances by Nicki Minaj, Jennifer Lopez, Bruno Mars, Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift. Who knew that Swift could give a better acceptance speech than Madonna?

A second hour of "60 Minutes," which aired at 8 p.m., was third with 102,700 viewers.

Rounding out the top five were Discovery Channel's "North America" with 83,000 viewers and "America's Funniest Home Videos" on ABC with 69,000. Next in the rankings were the finale of NBC's "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice" with 62,600 viewers and Tim McGraw's CBS special with 56,500. By the way, Trace Adkins won "Celebrity Apprentice."

The top programs in the 18-to-49 age group were the Billboard Music Awards, Fox's "Family Guy," Fox's "The Simpsons," "North America" and the 7 p.m. hour of "60 Minutes."

Also of note: "Game of Thrones" had 44,200 viewers on HBO, and "Mad Men" on AMC had 30,300. The strange episode of "Mad Men" seemed like something out of "The Twilight Zone" as the ad agency staff reacted strangely to shots administered by a physician.

In national ratings, the first hour of "60 Minutes" drew 10.4 million viewers, and the second had 8.5 million. The Billboard Music Awards averaged 9.5 million viewers for ABC. The awards were easily the night's biggest show with young adults.

ABC won the night in total viewers and young adults. The prime-time averages in total viewers: ABC with 8.9 million, CBS with 7.8 million, NBC and Fox with 3.9 million apiece.

Other programs of note: the "Simpsons" season finale with 4.2 million viewers, the "Family Guy" season finale with 5.2 million, the "Celebrity Apprentice" finale with 5.3 million and the Tim McGraw special with 6.2 million.

I really despise chris brown. Copying Michael's moves not just being inspires, actually copying so everyone thinks theyre his. Hes abusive yet nobosy cares anymore instead they bash michael for being accused of something then proven innocent yet they still believe it.

I need the estate to release more footage of MJ. Apparently he did film a short film for the Addams Family Values. I wonder how much more he has in his vaults... This is the time the estate, should focus on the hardcore fans instead of trying to appeal to everyone because we are the ones who actually want the unreleased material he has. The focus needs to be on MJs artistry rather than the trials and all of that ish.

A. Regarding operations – he had 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree burns on the top of his scalp. At first they tried to have it heal. Later he had surgeries.

He was basically okay afterward the initial burn. His skin healed. We used a small hair piece that would cover the top of his head where he’d been burned. Doing that wasn’t the best for performances so Michael had an operation on his scalp for the hair to grow back. A bladder had to be inserted under his skin and stretch the skin.

His schedule was so busy that he never had time to heal from the surgery. He did a short film Addams Family Values, or something like that. His scalp was healing from the operation, but he was getting chronic migraine headaches from this operation. It caused incredible pain.

Q. Did anything unusual happen before the [Dangerous] tour started?

A. Yes. We were doing the short film for Addams Family. Michael was going through the pain from the scalp surgery with the inserted balloon (bladder). He was having slow release pain medication patches put on his scalp to help him.
