Yeah, I love Graffiti Bridge movie, so what? ''Oooooooooooh Montreal, say it!''
If you can't be nice to someone on the net, you probably ain't worth much talking to in real life either.

RIP Donna.

I'd only fairly recently became a fan of hers... the All Systems Go album had just come through my letterbox a day or two ago, with The Wanderer still on the way.

As with MJ, these deaths always come so much sooner than you're ready for. Not that you ever are, of course. She was such an underrated artist as well. As others have said already, we need to treasure our old school heroes while they're still with us.

Donna is probably one of the First Legends that was considered Royalty early in her career...Now that she's closed her eyes on this earth her Legacy will have the World speaking her name and calling her The Queen till the end of time...

I didnt know she was battling Cancer...Perhaps her illness was reported and I just didnt see or hear the news...My Prayers go out to her family...63 today is YOUNG.....I am just amazed that every year we're losing so many of our ICONIC Black Entertainers...And they're dying young...

last month i was driving up to san fran for easter, and 'bad girls' came on the radio. i know all those drivers had to be staring at me 'cause i was in the car singing and dancing, and trying to drive on top of it!

though her reign was relatively brief, and the critics tried to marginalize her, there is no question that she left her mark. i saw her at the hollywood bowl about 3 years ago and her voice was as strong as ever and the place was sold out.

Summer is survived by her husband, Bruce Sudano, three children, and four grandchildren.

... unless DONNA was in the Lower Manhattan Area during 9/11 that day during those weeks i highly doubt this... she has never said anything about 9/11 in interviews.

Nick Ashford was someone I greatly admired, had the honor of knowing, and was the real-life inspiration for Cowboy Curtis' hair. RIP Nick. - Pee Wee Herman
