Michael probably never really gave much thought to his own private world without himself in it, nor probably did anyone around him. I was so glad that when there was that little controversy over where Michael was when it was signed, John Branca was able to say, more or less, if you don't want to accept this will, he filed another one back in 1997 that basically said the same things as this one did. While Michael certainly didn't "plan" to die, at least he thought about it enough to know who he trusted, when he was gone, and he wanted to look after. MJ Fan 1992-Forever

I don't know if I should trust Arnie Klien, but it is clear, he was a personal friend of MJ's, and cared about him a lot. I'm not sure of his involvement (or lack of involvement) in Michael's death, but I thought this interview was interesting and fascinating to watch either way. Shocked he would speak that directly. On Larry King, he seems so uptight during both appearances. At least with Harvey, he didn't seem so uptight and lips-sealed with his answers. TMZ has obtained a request for a restraining order filed last week against Joe and his son Randy Jackson in San Francisco County Superior Court. In the docs, a man named Ronnie Newt claims he was threatened by Joe's henchmen after he approached Joe with information that he believed proved Michael is the father of a 12-year-old boy named Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson. In the past, Newt told TMZ that Joe denied the kid was Michael's. According to the documents, Newt claims "I was told to stay out of the M.J. love child story. That some one could get kill [sic] for that kind of money." Newt also warns that if he turns up dead in the near future, authorities should suspect foul play. He's demanding the Jackson's and their associates stay 50 yards away from him at all times. Joe Jackson Wants Money from MJ's Estate

Joe just filed papers in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming he's "entitled to his own independent family allowance." In the docs, Leonard Rowe -- a guy who claims to have been MJ's manager -- claims Michael used to give his mother Katherine up to $60,000 a month to live on ... and then she would give half of that to Joe. Joe claims Michael's estate has "earned more than $100 million dollars in the first seven (7) weeks following Michael Jackson's death" and is "well able to afford a family allowance for Joe Jackson."
