We finally have all the demos from every song on Thriller, except Human Nature demo and Lady In My life (although the FULL version leaked).

Those too, but were they written for Thriller or just written in general? I know they were recorded during 1980-1982. I would put 1979 WBSS demo under the OTW session, seeing that it was written for that album

I just found this rare video of 'Dreamer' from The Jackson's 1976 self-titled LP. Wow! Never seen this before...

biggrin I wish these would have been on Thriller 25. The die-hard fans would have appreciated him so much more, instead of just not being into it, buying it, then dissing it. (I personally loved it overall.) Anyway, you are so right Marrk.

I will be listening to these demos from the early 80s probably more than ANYTHING on iTunes top ten, except well, "This Is It" biggrin

that sums it up. sometimes some people only say the song is tight because it's "unreleased".

I think u can RErelease the "THRILLER" album so many times, but sounds like there's enuff material for sequel albums to it, as well as "BAD", "DANGEROUS" and "INVINCIBLE"...

Even MJ's "filler" material is sometimes better than most artist's regular releases.

If these tracks were included on the original Thriller album, where would you place them on the track list?

I haven't heard them all, so it depends what's upbeat and what's ballad/slow jam.

Either way, there's lots of good stuff floating around that needs to see the light of day.

Bring on "SON OF THRILLER"...

We don't know. Gone Too Soon was written for Ryan White. Ryan died in 1990 and Much Too Soon was written 10 years before.

Right, but I guess it could be possible the song was a demo, maybe the lyrics unfinshed, and then MJ finished it up in tribute.

It's possible that it could have been, only problem is Michael didn't write Gone Too Soon, but who knows. We have to hope we get the demo

That's very kool, with me tho', I've never heard the THRILLER album from start to finish, in it's original order since the early 80s, I prefer all the upbeat tracks first, then midtempo, slow ballads, so mine looks like...

WANNA BE STARTIN' SOMETHIN'
BILLIE JEAN
BEAT IT
THRILLER
PYT
BABY BE MINE
HUMAN NATURE
THE GIRL IS MINE
THE LADY IN MY LIFE

for the sake of adding tracks, I switched

THE LADY IN MY LIFE with
THE GIRL IS MINE simply so I could have the 3 JACK/MACCA duets in a row
THE MAN
SAY, SAY, SAY

I would then add more unreleased tracks

GOT THE HOTS
SUNSET DRIVER
PYT (demo)
FOR ALL TIME

u could then add even more tracks leading up to

STATE OF SHOCK and
BE NOT ALWAYS

(u could also include SOMEONE IN THE DARK, SCARED OF THE MOON and others)

At the end u'd be left with a kind of "ULTIMATE" edition of "THRILLER"... at least that's more or less the order I have on my MP3 configuration.

I don't know why at 2:30 in the morning I'm posting this but I can't help it.
Here it goes...

I was standing in my kitchen 15 minutes ago, recalling in
my head the music video for, "Jam." I started singing the song
as I was thinking of Michael's moves in the video, and as I was
singing it, I got to the part at the very end where it is like, "Do
what you wanna baby, Jam." and then it hit me..like it often
does. It always hits me in a wave of intense worry, pain and sadness,
all at once. He is GONE. Not coming back. I wish he'd come back.

I miss my hero. The "Mike" I always wanted to be like
as a kid, and no not the basketball player. RIP MJJ.

Nov. 4th ,2009
Raffles van Exel of Raffles Entertainment has interviewed legendary music manager Frank DiLeo about the late pop icon, Michael Jackson. Questions were submitted from fans around the globe and were chosen by the Sr. Staff of MJJCommunity.com. The interview offers a candid perspective into the final weeks of Michael Jackson's life. Frank DiLeo answered every question put to him by the fans. Raffles van Exel felt that this interview had to take place because of the rampant speculation and conspiracy theories surrounding Michael Jackson's mysterious death.

Part 4 is actually part 5 so it's all in order.

Interesting interviews..
I have alot of thoughts on this as everyone..and I miss Michael so much.
-on a lighter note, in part 2..dang i hope that 'Paul Underwere' (sp?) has the film to the Victory and Bad tour stored away.
