Two Former Jackson Employees Want To Tell Police What They Know About His Death

August 26

Two Michael Jackson employees -- including one who was with the pop star when he was stricken -- have important information about the case and should be extensively interviewed by Los Angeles Police Department detectives, their attorney said Tuesday.

Carl Douglas, perhaps best known for being a member of O.J. Simpson's defense team, said that LAPD detectives have done only "informal" interviews with his clients and that they were eager to provide more information. One of the interviews lasted about two minutes and the other filled a one-page transcript, Douglas said.

Some of their information could shed new light on the timeline police have established covering Jackson's final hours and the actions of his doctor, Douglas said.

"We arranged two separate occasions for LAPD investigators to meet with my clients. My clients came early wearing suits and ties. The first meeting was canceled and rescheduled. The second meeting I had to call them to inquire about the [detectives'] absence," he added.

LAPD Deputy Chief Charlie Beck refused to respond to Douglas' charges, saying that the department would not comment on any aspects of an ongoing investigation.

Michael Amir, Jackson's chief of staff, and Alberto Alvarez, a security staffer, were briefly interviewed June 25, one at Jackson's rented Holmby Hills home and the other at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.

Douglas said Alvarez was with Jackson and Dr. Conrad Murray in the pop star's bedroom in the critical moments before paramedics arrived. He could provide useful information that would confirm or contradict Murray's version of events and provide independent insight into what transpired, the attorney said. Douglas, however, refused to say what the men might tell police.

In search warrant documents released Monday, police said Murray told them he gave Jackson the powerful anesthetic propofol at 10:40 a.m., watched him for 10 minutes and went to the restroom for two minutes. When he returned about 11 a.m., Jackson had stopped breathing. Police said three phone calls totaling 47 minutes were made from Murray's phone, beginning at 11:18 a.m. -- all before 911 was called at 12:22 p.m.

Murray's attorney has criticized the timeline as "theory, not fact."

Douglas, who in 1993 served as a Jackson attorney, said Amir received a frantic four-second message from Murray at 12:13 p.m. with words to the effect of "come quick."

EXCLUSIVE: Michael Jackson's Alleged Son "Not Motivated By Money" Says Lawyer

Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson, the twenty four- year old man that came forward Monday claiming to be Michael Jackson's son, isn't motivated by money, his attorney LeRue Grim tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

"Malachi has been told his entire life that he is Michael Jackson's son. His primary goal is to have closure on whether or not Michael was his father, and he wants a DNA test to prove it. Malachi's primary motivation isn't money," Grim said.

Malachi, who turn twenty-five in September, is currently enrolled in what Grim calls "a special needs college at an undisclosed location." Grim says that Malachi's mother, Zerline Lavette Dixon had trouble with drugs so Malachi's grandmother raised him.

"Malachi looks exactly like Michael Jackson," Grim added. "I'm seeking a DNA test and I'm very concerned that it be reliable and that no one slips in DNA from a stranger. Malachi never met Michael, from what I understand Michael was very private about his personal life."

When asked about the alleged relationship between Zerline and Michael, Grim replied: "I don't know about that. I'm gathering that information."

It's Grim's understanding that back in the eighties Zerline was a fashion designer and had a fashion line under the company name of Michael Jackson.

"Michael seemed to be a very smart businessman, and I don't think he would have just let anybody run a company with his name on it without his permission or approval."

As Cinnamon stated in order for it to be true - you would have to have the co-operation of all these people, and also have them all keep it secret. As we have seen throughout his life Michael has been sold out for a nickle so the chances of people not selling such a juicy story - come on.

Also in the video "MICHAEL" is wearing classic MJ stage wear - think Dirty Diana - flowing white shirt and black pants.

Also with ALL the paparazzi all over that ride you're telling me that the only person who managed to sneak the shot was on their phone... and how did they know to shoot it anyway.

Sadly, Michael has died. Some fans want him to be alive, and will believe this, and also others will be more than willing to exploit this.

Both were paid at the time of the shoot and then received additional payment based on the video release.

Depending on their contracts, they may be owed royalties (Ladis specifically). Ola Ray may have had a talent buy out clause in her contract that would exclude royalties.

If they are due royalties, they should be paid.

Propofol Dosage Reported in Jackson Case Is Low, Experts Say eek
August 27, 2009

If Michael Jackson died from lethal levels of the powerful anesthetic propofol, then he must have been injected with much more of the drug than his personal physician reportedly told police he gave the pop star, medical experts said.

According to court records unsealed in Houston on Monday, Dr. Conrad Murray told police that he had been giving Jackson 50 milligrams of propofol each night over a six-week period. In a three-hour interview with police two days after Jackson's death, Murray said he had been trying to wean the singer off the powerful anesthetic and, on the night of his death, gave him a combination of other sedatives before succumbing to Jackson's repeated demands for propofol.

Murray then gave Jackson 25 milligrams of propofol, according to the documents, which were filed with the court in support of searches of Murray's office and storage unit in Houston. But those amounts -- 25 and 50 milligrams -- are far below the dosage required to anesthetize someone and keep them asleep, several experts said.

"It doesn't make any sense," said Dr. John Dombrowski, a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists. "I cannot believe that was the number that was given. Such a small amount won't tip anyone over in terms of respiratory depression."

What's more likely, Dombrowski said, is that the numbers in the documents are somehow in error. Murray might not have provided an infusion rate, such as 25 milligrams every few minutes, or police might not have understood the medical terminology, Dombrowski said.

The preliminary toxicology reports cited in the court records said that "lethal levels" of propofol were found in Jackson's blood. Final autopsy and toxicology reports have yet to be released by the Los Angeles County coroner's office.

Murray has said through his attorney that he believes nothing he administered should have led to Jackson's death. His attorney, Ed Chernoff, said Murray answered the detectives' questions truthfully.

In a YouTube video, a direct message from Murray to his supporters, the doctor thanked people for standing by him. "I have done all I could do," Murray said in the video. "I told the truth, and I have faith the truth will prevail."

The medical experts said that if the propofol dosage were higher and combined with other medications, it could have led to an overdose.

Dr. Scott Engwall, vice chair of anesthesiology at UC Irvine's School of Medicine, said that for an average person without a high tolerance to drugs, 50 milligrams of propofol might be enough to make them doze off for five or 10 minutes. But the drug would immediately wear off. Someone like Jackson, who had been using it nightly for as many as six weeks, according to Murray's testimony, might close his eyes briefly -- or it might not work at all, Engwall and other doctors said.

"I think it's not unreasonable that there is some part of this picture we still do not know," Engwall said.

Actually they re-enacted the scene to show how people could fall for that video, but they were not the ones who made that video. It was a show about how people fall for conspiracy theory.

According to the video stats- it was from the Coroner's office address, where it was uploaded confused

So either someone from the Coroner's office was having a bit of fun neutral

You notice they did the same thing to 2Pac, Aaliyah and BIG after they die. Once you pass on, that's when people do something like this. For them to do it for Michael was quite special but considering all he went through yeah it would've been nice for him to see it. Oh well.

That said, I think they do the same to Marvin, I've seen some murals and graffitti with his face on it but I'm not sure where, I'll try to find it.
