pics of Rhianna with possible fever blister/cold sore were here

Girlfriend needs a better dermatologist if she gets cold sores/fever blisters (a different strain of herpes). A good dermatologist would hook her up with some medicine she could take when she felt it coming on to prevent a cold sore/fever blister from exploding on her lip.

Yeah the both of them are probably FUCKED in the head.

Well yeah, but a lot of things need to be taken into account. They are 19 and 20 years old. They are young and I doubt either of them have been in many serious relationships given their age. They're probably both immature and need to grow up. Either way, people should keep their hands to themselves. This is really just an unfortunate situation for both though.

Chris' father abused his mother.
No excuse, but a bit of an eye opener.

He mentioned the abuse, but was adamant it wasn't his father. I assume it was a live-in boyfriend or something.

Terrible. And, yes, definitely an eye opener with regard to how the abuse cycle works.

If Rihanna has herps and she didn't get it from Chris, could she had gone it from Jay-Z?!?

Don't be surprise if the truth got out that Beyonce's husband isn't the faithful type.

Yeah, I heard from my little brother that he hit her because she gave him herpes. I don't know how reliable that info is since he says he read it on Facebook. Still, I wouldn't be too quick to judge.

That's about the only scenario he'd get a pass (from me anyway).

He still doesn't to me. I'm like if you're gonna stay with someone who has a cold sore and not have someone correct that problem, then why would you hit them for it? Doesn't sound rational at all. Like Cinnamon said, Chris sounds like a dummy and is a dummy.

OK...his sake? I agree, but for her sake too. If he beat her up he should have his ass locked up.

True, but what I'm seeing in the pictures looks like a fever blister; which is a form of herpes, but not the same as genital herpes. (It's like the difference between hepatitis B and C for example.) I know people who have gotten fever blisters/cold sores since they were children so that's not quite the same as having an STD, imo. Maybe that is the situation with Rhianna, IF that picture shows her with a fever blister.

Regardless, for a man to hit a woman over a fever blister, or an STD is unacceptable. The only time it's permissible for guys to hit women is in self-defense. I also don't think it's acceptable for women to hit men, even if the guy is bigger. Physical violence is not okay, period.

I hear so many women say that when they find out their man is cheating on them. I've seen other women instead of battery just throw the man's clothes out, burn it and then burn other equipment. lol

Some did the Angela Bassett on their men! lol

Regardless of whether it is oral or genital herpes, both are still incurable. And although I know that physical violence is not okay, my initial reaction to finding out someone gave me something would be: I'ma fuck him up. And I swear to God I'd do my best to do just that. nod

You'd beat someone's ass over a fever blister? Really? Okay. That seems a little extreme to me. I get a fever blister on the right side of my lower lip (always in the same spot) when I am really stressed out and/or don't get enough sleep -- I have since college -- and I have had to tell the boyfriend that he couldn't kiss me until it went away. He said he didn't care if he got one, he didn't like not being able to kiss me.lol I was like, "Umm, yes you should care. You don't want a fever blister. They hurt." Fortunately my dermatologist is the bomb and hooked me up with an essentially bottomless prescription so I always have medicine on hand to take when I feel one starting and can avoid the nasty, swollen lip.

shrug

edit: probably too much info but whatever. a lot of people get fever blisters/cold sores.

MRGee

I feel so sorry for her if this is True. I heard she was VERY JEALOUS and had somebody watching him or something when she wasn't around and I just Knew this sounded like a recipe for Disaster. They weren't married and even if they were you can never prevent a man from looking or cheating if he wants to. Plus they are both young. He shouldn't have punched a woman and if she started it she is also wrong. I think they should DEFINITELY BREAK-UP. She is Beautiful and could get anybody she wants. It never changes and it's best not to be in this kind of relationship.

nod

My younger sister has gotten them for as long as I can remember, always in the same spot. As a matter of fact, she has one, right now. They always show up in the midst of winter. It's something that we've grown accustomed to. When they show up, she stops wearing her lipstick and treats them with her medication from her dermatologist and avoids kissing her boyfriends and letting anyone drink behind her.

It wasn't until we were grown that I discovered they were a form of Herpes but that's never changed how I feel about or treat her. shrug
