Welcome to The Org Music Club. Our love of Prince brought us to this site, but our limitless love for all music made us regulars in this forum.
On a thread lamenting the almost lost art of mixtapes, ( http://prince.org/msg/8/270434 ) we came up with the idea of putting together a project; send each other mixtapes and discuss them on Org! The list of Orgers underneath got all excited and after some bickering we decided to use the Muxtape site as primary tool for our game.
Even though we cannot enter any new participants, everybody is of course free to join the discussions about our mixtapes.

We like to share to music we love and therefore we use a site that does not enable theft. On Muxtape you can listen to our music, but not download it. Muxtape will, however, link you to amazon.com if you feel like purchasing music, if available.

The rules for all participants! No more new admissions!

A mixtape with a maximum of ten songs.
Name the compilation.
Then, starting in week 28, there will be a weekly new thread with a new muxtape link and an explanation of the compiler to how, what, why, in whatever way they want.
On the separate threads we can discuss the single mixtapes, on this thread we can discuss the rest! I will update this initial post with the links to the individual threads for quick reference.

Here’s the schedule! It's still subject to change. Sander is in charge of the schedule. I will update this post with all the links.

I know! It is irritating, but we're full-up!

But there'l be another one, I'm sure, if this one is succesful.

And the reason that I am putting this up is cuz I want you all to share. There will be links, there will be discussions you can all participate in.

Yeah it started in the mixtape thread, and when a thread gets too long I ignore it. Takes too long to load. Next time...next time.
