The following is taken from the Judge's Decision today:

SNJ alleged the following:

-Failure to Protect and Manage Assets

-Failure to Protect the Estate's Music Catalog From Unauthorized Use

-Comerica Lacks the Necessary Business Expertise

-Troy Carter Has an Inherent Conflict

-Inadequate Communication

-Failure to Aggressively Defend the UMG Contract

-Failure to Act Impartially

-Failure to Allow Partial Distributions From the Estate

-Failure to Abide by Prior Court Protocols

Comerica has meetings with the heirs 2x per month lasting approximately 2 hours. Minutes are taken and are delivered to the heirs even if they dont attend.

Comerica communicates with the heirs almost daily.

Sharon and Norrine claim in February 2017 Comerica was inappropriate and even threatening. Omarr states he was there and he didnt see any physical confrontation.

The Judge states SNJ knew the contents of the Vault were being moved.

Prior to Troy's appointment he assured the Court he would recuse himself from any conflicts regarding any dual roles he would be performing. The Judge stated the same could be said of Lawnie and Charlie when they were representing the Estate because both had their own entertainment business. The Judge said it doesnt matter because SNJ never pointed out any conflicts that occured while Troy has been assisting the Estate.

The Judge stated he wasnt going to address the UMG recission because the issue has already been decided.

Prior to P's death Tyka and Omarr were residing in houses P owned rent free which initially Bremer was following the wishes of P. SNJ raised this issue and Tyka and Omarr are now paying rent.

So then Norrine asked to rent a house owned by P. Comerica said this was not requested until AFTER the Court approved the house to be put on the market.

"It appears to the Court that the primary driving factors behind the Petition for Removal of the Personal Representative are the role of L. Londell McMillan and the refusal of Comerica to permit interim distributions to the heirs from the assets of the Estate."

The Judge states Lawnie is refusing to sign a NDA even though he entered into one with Bremer.

"It appears to the Court that Mr. McMillan, using the heir status of the Petitioners, is trying to usurp control of the Estate.

Comerica alleges Lawnie attempted to negotiate an entertainment agreement in direct competition with the Estate. Lawnie denies this but the Judge noted Lawnie's assertation is in direct conflict with the record.

The Judge found due to the lack of trust in Lawnie, his unwillingness to enter into a NDA, and the possible direct conflict with the Estate due to two voided agreements, Comerica has acted properly.

The Judge stated that since the heirs want to retain the legacy of P and not sell off the recording collection and personal property and the Estate is not liquid enough to hand out partial distributions due to taxes owed.

The Judge states "This Petition has been brought before the Court to further Petitioners (SNJ) agenda and not in the best interest of the Estate." The Judge states it has cost needless expenses to the Estate.

Judge Eide has appointed a retired Judge as a moderator/mediator. This really means he appointed a babysitter cuz he aint got time for this sheetz.

The Judge requested Comerica to submit their expenses and attorney fees in defending the Motion for Removal. He reserves the right to award attorney fees to the Estate from the Petitioners and may off-set it from any attorney fees SNJ's attorneys request in the future.

Why did it take the Court so damn long to call out/expose Londell?!?!

Let's put it this way Judge Eide ain't stupid to see through the fog lol

He will definately send Comerica's legal bill to SNJ/Lawnie.

Most orgers who frequent the Estate threads already know how to access documents regarding Prince’s Estate. For any newcomers who may not be aware, Carver County District Court posts all publicly accessible documents regarding the Estate of Prince Rogers Nelson at the following website: http://www.mncourts.gov/I...elson.aspx

I've ducked into all of the estate threads, from time to time, to keep an eye on the latest developments, but I think this is the first time I've seen this link. I'm not one to go digging into the records so that's probably why it's passed me by but thanks for posting cool .

Thank you for the link.

Because the inescapable conclusion is that he got 'played' despite writing a song that he couldn't get played; that he was a poor judge of character; that he was naive and trusting in a manner inappropriate for an adult who had lived a sophisticated, well-traveled life with access to and contact with well-educated professionals and other gifted artists (did nothing rub off?); that he was appparently a sucker for flattery and idealization, not a good look for a religious person who should have been very familiar with the seven deadly sins...and mostly because in spite of everything I've just written he could not refrain from preaching to others about their inappropriate behaviors, controlling others' behaviors when he apparently had trouble controlling his own and being downright totally unsympathetic to those struggling with addiction when he died with a house full of illegal, addictive pills. Anyone see a disconnect here?

I see a disconnect because this is an Estate Thread and you are trying to turn it into I Hate Prince Thread. So I suggest you go start a separate thread about how stupid you think P was.

SNJ wants money even to the point of throwing their half sister in the streets.

I honestly think if they had their way they would sell everything to the first company makes an offer. I do not care what anyone eles thinks he did not leave a will because he knew what these 3 would try and pull. I believe they incorporated themselves to assist with taxes they anticipate when the cash in.

Let's put it this way Judge Eide ain't stupid to see through the fog lol

He will definately send Comerica's legal bill to SNJ/Lawnie.

I know Judge Eide sees through the fog. I'm just wondering why he didn't nip Lonnie in the bud sooner, that's all. It's a similar situation with Claire Boyd and Rodney Dixon...like why are they able to carry on for so long with their nonsense?!

Lawnie is a business advisor to SNJ.

He is not part of the Estate affairs other than to "advise" SNJ.

The Judge cant kick him to the curb.

Who knows, but I'm sure there are ways to enforce repayment, e.g. garnishing wages or collaborating with the IRS.

Did you see the photos of the ensemble found by a company cleaning out the estate of a deceased person? Shoes, trousers and jacket. Beautifully embroidered, with the name Prince sewn inside. Sold as an ensemble on eBay. So that journal could turn up. You never know.

Found or stolen? I find it hard to belive and company would be hired to clean out an estate and allowed to take stuff. This is exactly how this person on Facebook got that notebook. People are stealing assets that belong to the estate.

You must not've seen the story. The people who have it now, did not steal it. This shows you spout off when you don't know what you are talking about.

This 4 piece outfit was found by a second hand store in Denver, Colorado, during a clean-out of an estate from a retired medical examiner. At first they thought it belonged to a little girl and put it in another box to sell at their store, Gone For Good. The store helps people clean out unwanted clutter. Some things are recycled, some thrown away, the rest sold at the store. It sat at the bottom of a box for nearly 4 months until the box was reopened to sell in the thrift store. Upon further inspection, 2 tags were found. 1 in the lapel of the jacket, the other in the waist of the pants. In purple was one word: PRINCE. A discussion began among the employees, prince WHO? Which prince of which country would wear something like this... Surely it belonged to royalty. One of the employees suggested checking into the Prince of Persia because he'd recently seen the movie. Finally, another employee offered up maybe this could be Prince the SINGER. Research was done and they reached out to Paisley Park. The staff member who answered their e-mail inquiry had only been working at PP for a couple weeks and forwarded the pics to archives. THERE the staff member informed the store SHE'D only been there a couple MONTHS and could not confirm. Meanwhile, the suit was listed on eBay. I was prepared to WIN the suit until my husband kept calling, making me nervous 15 minutes before the auction was to end. He insisted I allow HIM to bid because I was too NERVOUS. I caved in and he promised me IT WILL BE YOURS. At the end of the auction, Andy's bid was kicked out and it was not MINE. (For those interested, never last- minute shell bid on a mobile device, there are glitches in eBay's system.) A guy from the UK won the suit. Meanwhile, PP got back in touch with Gone For Good and told them YES, absolutely, the suit belonged to Prince. (In one of the shoes an employee also found a note stating Jim Shearon had designed the outfit. Jim Shearon worked as a designer from Prince's PR days up until 1991. This was made for Prince during the Purple Rain tour.) FAST FORWARD. I get a call from GFG telling me the guy from the UK did not pay. They said they were going to relist the suit unless I wanted it. SO, let's recap... SECOND HAND STORE, little girl, prince of which country, Prince of Persia, MAYBE Prince the singer let's check THAT out... Ladies and gentlemen, THE SUIT. (The shoulder pads are HUGE and his shoes are smaller than mine: I wear a size 6.5.)
