Yep they aren't a sticky anymore and neither is the questions for Cat. Not only are they NOT stickeys they have totally disappeared from the forum.

If you go down to the bottom of the page you can see that it has been approved by the estate. This is Omarr working his own business with estate permission. Quite frankly this makes more sense then SNJ crying about disbursements. I do not like the NPG band he is promoting by his merchandise looks really good and I hope he sticks with this and leaves the music alone unless he is involved with unrealashed material.

laura, there's a lot you said here that does make sense. For me personally, if he drops that bs with that band he was promoting, then I'll look at what he's selling and maybe get something. Otherwise....nope. I've got a few things from the officialpaisleypark site, and in general like what they are selling. There's a couple more things on my Christmas wish list

Enough with the competing agendas. There should be ONE official website for all things Prince. This would include the ability to buy Paisley Park tour tickets, merchandise and music. Having all these different websites run by different entities is ridiculous. Someone needs to take the time to put together a proper official website. Bring Sam Jennings back on board if necessary.

If you go to Bravdo's website nothing is listed under Prince's name at all. There are a couple of cheap shirts at Kohl's The whole deal was a complete waste of time but look who put it together.

The Paisley Park stuff is attached to the museum and makes sense.

I suspect when the family takes over we will get one good site for music and merchadise.

—There is a co tract for merchandise and adminstration of publishing. Not sure what sort of merchandise contract allows for 3 designed shirts being sold and no other merchandise.

I have to find it but the licensing deal was the only thing rescinded. The deal with Bravodo was kept and UMG died adminstration for his catalogue although they appear to spend no time actually dealing with copyright infringement which according to Dr. Funkenberry was the reason Prince took the adminstration of his music from them and brought in house.

It may have been part of the settlement with Comerica that all ties with UMG would be severed.

So we are not really sure UMG is working on copyright infringement although we know MarkMonitor is working online copyright infringement.
