The 'original' is a bootleg, not the official release. The official release is as you hear it on the Montreaux website.
Therefore, I'd venture that Prince can 'alter' the lyrics any way he likes. | |

My first impressions were not as good as the original, but after repeated plays this has seriously grown on me. I love the guitar work on it.
I really hope it's going to be included on an album, it's just too good to be a one off track. I only hope he sees fit to also re-record Adonis and Batsheba, Splash, Witness etc and release them as an album. Something a little simialr to what BRian Wilson did with the Smile album would be nice. | |
