That's terrific, Chiquetet, that you traveled so far and were able to see so many show during your vacation. I hope it is a memory you will treasure. Halfway around the world! Wow! I hope to "Oz" someday--so many places I would love to see there! Glad you were able to travel to Prince, if he doesn't travel to you!

Lol I'm with you, Chiq! I'm heading down for the 3 Forum shows on Friday. If only I could have known to take 2 extra days off work to head down on Wednesday instead...

Are the capacity #s accurate? How could there still be tix available for the charity show of only 100? I know it's pricey, but 'cmon...haven't 100 people already purchased? I'm in for the 1st and thinking about coughing up the $$$ if it's really only 100 people. Thanks for any insight...it feels like the 4th day of November...everyone have a funky good time tonight!!!!!!!!

Mike Phillip's Facebook page says he is playing all three shows with Prince tonight. You guys are soooo lucky. Everyone have a blast and can't wait to hear about it.

Seriously? You should already be there. I drove down from SF for the troubadour gig & no regrets. If I only lived 40 minutes away... Your killin' me. Get yo a$$ down there man, who knows when & if the purple yoda will be doing this again. I've seen him there twice, in 02 & 04. He luvs playing at HOB so it will go off like the 4th of july.

If I was more gainfully employed I didn't have that little thing called "rent" due next week, I'd totally drop the coins for these shows!

I was fortunate enough to see Prince twice at the House Of (Everything But) Blues and to this day, they are two of my favorite concerts ever.

I live in L.A. and though I don't have a ticket, I'm riding my purple bike and taking the 2 bus to the H.O.B. (because parking, driving and gas prices are obnoxious to deal with in that area), just to see what may happen (I've gotten into two Forums shows for free so far!).
