He's not feeble looks good facial wise ... better than how his pictures comes out some of the time. I am sure you mean well but just imagine anyone who dances-types-runs after awhile pain occurs just thankfully his hands are fine imagine if after all the years of playing instruments would cause issues with his hands after all we are human.
