I'm not going to bitch about the calls on the Pats last night, it seems to be happening to every team lately...but wondering how you guys saw it?

We were due for a loss...been grinding it out the past few games and it was bound to happen especially with so many key players out. The loss of the game doesn't hurt as much as losing Hightower and Gronk. I feel like NE is down playing their injuries.

kpowers: So CarrieCee do you think your patriots are in trouble now???

Yes and no. We still made it to overtime in Denver without any of our weapons. The Broncos were the team to beat with the remaining schedule we have. D'Ante "may" be back...Gronk "will" be back, and Edleman will "hopefully" be back for the playoffs.

It will be tough, but I think we still have a chance.

I really don't want to see the Panthers beat our record just for my own selfish reasons...and I guess records are meant to be broken. Better the Panthers than the Jets or Giants.

I love snow games. Well some times it is good to lose and get that monkey off your back. Now the Patriots don't have to worry about a perfect season again. Anybody think the Panthers will go 16-0???

If New England were healthy we would have won that game. Too many injuries.

I think the Panthers could go 16-0...

Honestly I didn't, yes every game they play the are favored to win. Panthers could lose games at the end of the season if they sit players out if they lock in the top spot in the NFC playoffs.

13) JETS

14) @ Dolphins

15) PANTHERS

I know it's still early in the game and the Lions have a history of choking games

but damn they are taking it to the Packers right now. They seem to be in a freefall

right now. They miss Jordy Nelson and a couple of those injured offensive lineman.

Just like I stated only the Browns and Lions know how to choke games away.

Isn't it ironic the Lions lost on the last play of the game the same way the Browns did on

Monday?

I'll give them 8-8 but unless Atlanta continues their free fall or Seattle

crash and burn I just don't see playoffs.

They remain the 2d-most dangerous team in the conference. They could crash and burn, or they could get streaky-hot, win the division, and get all the way to the Big Game.

The most dangerous team in the NFC remains Seattle. If they get in, they've proven they can win the wildcard v. MIN. They can also beat the top seed (CAR) in January, and can beat the 2 seed (ARI) as well.

The Steelers are an intruiging wild card in the AFC.

They've got too much ground to make up on their division foes. Had GB lost last night they'd be in better shape.

Did Rodgers throw this ball 100 yards? Check out the video from this fan and how high he
manages to throw it!

Giants are going nowhere....shit o-line, can't run, no pass rush, lousy secondary. There's going to be a serious house-cleaning after the season.....unfortunately, Tom Coughlin will take the heat for Jerry Reese's lousy personnel moves

The Lions are a hard luck franchise. They need to change the unis or
something. There is no way in hell they should have choked on that last play.

If you can't defend a 61 yard pass play you don't deserve to win.

Sounds like Jacoby Jones is done in Pittsburgh

Mike Tomlin says Jacoby Jones is “done”

tomlinGetty Images

Mike Tomlin might have had to trip Jacoby Jones.

Instead, he just benched him.

Tomlin told NBC’s Michele Tafoya that Jones was “done” for the night after he coughed up a pair of kicks in the first half.

Jones was once one of the game’s most dynamic return men, which caused teams to come up with unique ways ...w him down.

But Jones was available to the Steelers for a reason, as the Chargers decided he wasn’t worth keeping around with his negative punt return average (minus-0.8 per return).

He might never get another chance with the Steelers.
