It's a long season. Many if not most contenders drop one like this.

I can believe it....even the great Brady can't overcome the loss of so many key players on offense. And his o-line is showing cracks. That loss might have cost NE home field advantage throughout the playoffs.

One day Antonio Brown's going to hurt himself with these endzone antics - Tomlin needs to read him the riot act.

Giants gave up 390 passing yards to Ryan Fitzpatrick....that says it all about our defense. But as bad as they suck, a 'Skins loss creates a three-way tie for the division lead. Guess I'm a Dallas fan for one night.

Watch out for Seattle - they put it on Bridgewater & AP.

5 Infamous Injuries Suffered In Celebration

Ryan Dempster in 2009

On a local level, Cubs right-hander Dempster did himself no favors back in July 2009 when he caught his foot on the dugout railing and then slammed his foot into the young while hopping it to run onto the field to celebrate a win. The result? A broken right big toe. Dempster missed nearly a month, and the Cubs missed the playoffs by 4.5 games.

Lindsey Vonn in 2009

Talk about irony. In one of the more bizarre injuries of a career filled with many, downhill skier Vonn sliced upon her right thumb on a celebratory bottle of champagne after a victory in the World Championships. She needed surgery on a tendon because of it but kept skiing that season.

Kendry Morales in 2010

Like Tulloch’s injury, this one draws more sympathy than laughs because it was season-ending. After hitting a walk-off homer, Angels slugger Morales capped off his trot with one final big jump into home plate, where upon landing he suffered a fracture in his lower left leg.

Gus Frerotte in 1997

This is certainly an all-timer. After a touchdown against the rival Giants, Redskins quarterback Frerotte head-butted a padded-albeit-still-hard wall with his head (helmet still on) and had to leave the game because he was woozy and later suffered from spasms. Just what you’d expect out of your leader, right?

Bill Gramatica in 2001

This is more or less the crown jewel of self-inflicted celebration injuries, so of course it came from a kicker. After nailing a 42-yard field goal early in a game — again, just a 42-harder and not a game-winner of any sort — the Cardinals’ Gramatica jumped in joy and then descended to the ground, where he suffered a torn ACL, presumably on account of not being a great athlete.

At least Gramatica had a good sense of humor about it.

“My jump was excellent,” he said. “It was my landing I needed to work on. It was funny. It was part of my career. I talk about it all the time. You have to laugh about it.”

The Cowboys are banged up.

The Giants are a self-destructive mess.

The Eagles ditched their best players, courtesy of their coach-GM.

And Washington is still Washington (despite signs of progress).

Okay, fine! But it wouldn't be the 2010's NFC East if it weren't! lol

There will be a 7-9 winner of that division like the Panthers were 7-8-1

last season. disbelief

Don't even be surprised if a 6-10 NFC East division winner gets a *home* game against a Wild Card opponent.

They're also banged-up, plus they have a serious lack of talent (o-line, running back, tight end, defense). Their only reliable CONSISTENT offensive threat is ODB.

True, but they've self-destructed with poor clock management and miscues in the final minutes of 5 of their losses.

The Falcons tapped out weeks ago. Looks like the Steelers have to win out to keep their

playoff hopes alive. KC has a favorable schedule with 3 teams under 500 left while the

Jets have road games at Dallas and Buffalo with New England at home sandwiched in

between.

The Front Office owns part of this dumpster fire of a season, but a woeful offensive line is getting Indy's QB's hurt, and Pagano has lost control.

We got Denver at home this Sunday. I was pleased with what I saw yesterday on offense but the D still concerns me.

KC will be in the playoffs, who knows they could even win the West if Denver loses all their games. I do believe the Steelers can win their last 3 games, maybe win the AFC North if the Bengals lose all their games. Jets has to lose one game and I'm hoping it's the New England game.
