What can you do about flopping though? It happens all the time. It happens in football with punters and receivers trying to sell the refs on interference. The refs can just simply ignore the flop and keep it moving.

Maybe it's my imagination but flopping seems to have increased a lot in recent years.

The NBA Finals

Game 5

Cleveland Cavaliers 91 Golden State Warriors 104

The Golden State Warriors took control of this series with a decisive game 4 victory, and they were hoping to carry that momentum into this game. Meanwhile, Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers were hoping to bounce back from a disappointing performance in game 4 and just hang in there to steal a victory.

The game began with a Warriors spurt, but Cleveland would bounce back, and the game would literally go back and forth for about three and a half quarters, with Lebron putting up another triple double and Stephen Curry exploding with a masterful performance of his own. J.R. Smith broke out in the first half, scoring 14 points, but he would go completely cold in the second. Tristan Thompson would score 19 points and grab 10 rebounds. Meanwhile, Andre Iguodala would have another huge game for Golden State, scoring 14 points, grabbing eight rebounds, and dishing out seven assists. Draymond Green would score 16 points, grab nine rebounds, and dish out five assists, and Leandro Barbosa and Klay Thompson would add 13 and 12 points respectively.

But down the stretch it became a duel between MVP's Lebron James and Stephen Curry. Lebron would do everything he could to keep the Cavs in the game, scoring 40 points, grabbing 14 rebounds, and dishing out 11 assists, but it was Stephen Curry who would outlast this duel, scoring 17 of his 37 points in the fourth quarter including three 3-pointers to pull the Warriors away for the victory, while also adding seven rebounds and four assists. Golden State now sits one win away from their first NBA title in 40 years.

Golden State leads series 3-2.

Idiots will hate on Lebron for losing his FOURTH finals, ignoring the fact he took a depleted Cavs team to a sixth game against the 60+ win Warriors. He's getting very little help from his guys - what more can he do?

I don't think the Cavs can win the Series but LeBron James is playing at a superhuman level. I love this quote from him after last night's 40-point triple-double performance:

“I feel confident because I’m the best player in the world. It’s that simple.”

With nothing to lose, the Cavs are better off having a new starting line-up. LeBron could be the starting center in game 6. hmmm

In fairness, the Tim Duncan era San Antonio Spurs was a championship dynasty.

KEY WORD: was! lol

But seriously, Karl Malone AND Charles Barkley can piss off. Tim Duncan is the real greatest power forward in NBA history.

I think adreneline and the home court get it done for the Cavs tonight. And then anything can happen in Game 7, but I think the Warriors are just too good to lose a Game 7 at home.

I agree with what I've read on the net today - win or lose, James is the series MVP.

The NBA Finals

Game 6

Golden State Warriors 105 Cleveland Cavaliers 97

The Golden State Warriors were looking to win their first NBA title in 40 years coming into this game, while the Cleveland Cavaliers were hoping to win one more game at home in front of their loyal fans to force a decisive game 7.

Cleveland would start the game with much energy and enthusiasm, but the cracks were already beginning to show. Despite jumping out to a nice lead to start the game, they would turn the ball over frequently, and more importantly their backcourt players, Iman Shumpert, J.R. Smith, and Mathhew Dellavedova couldn't buy a shot. Golden State would take advantage of Cleveland's miscues and jump out tp a 13 point lead at the end of the first quarter.

But the Cavs would bounce back with their defense, and they got much help from Timofey Mozgov and Tristan Thompson. Mosgov would finish the game with 17 points and 12 rebounds, and Tristan Thompson would finish with 15 points and 13 rebounds. The Cavs would cut Golden State's lead to two points at the half, and they would take a brief lead early in the third quarter.

But then Golden State would start firing on all cylinders. They would go on another run to take the lead and extend it to 14 points thanks to Stephen Curry, who finished with 25 points, six rebounds, and eight assists, Draymond Green, who notched a triple double with 16 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists, and Andre Iguodala, who scored 25 points and played crushing defense. Golden State would control much of the fourth quarter up until the final two minutes, when Lebron James and the Cavs would make one final run to tie the game. Lebron would score 32 points, grab 18 rebounds, and dish out nine assists, and J.R. Smith, who up until this point was having a miserable game, found his 3-point shot, shooting three from behind the arc and finishing with 19 points. His last 3-pointer would bring the Cavs within four points with just 33 seconds remaining in the game. But in the end Cleveland would run out of gas and out of time. Despite Lebron James' most valiant effort in his professional career, the Cavs simply were unable to keep up with a deeper Warriors squad.

The Golden State Warriors win their first title in 40 years. Steve Kerr became the first rookie coach to win an NBA title since Pat Riley in 1982. Andre Iguodala was named NBA Finals MVP. Congratulations to the Golden State Warriors, the 2015 NBA Champions.

Golden State wins series 4-2. woot! excited clapping

These social media fucktards hating on Lebron are showing how little they know about basketball. No Love, no Irving, no Varejao, yet he took a team of scrubs to SIX games against the Warriors. In the NBA, the better team usually wins.

The mistake Lebron made was bringing in Kevin Love. They would have been better off long term staying with Wiggins.

1. Andre Igiodala, normally a sixth-man, won NBA Finals MVP?!? Wow! How many ways can anyone stick insults to the asses of Cavs fans?!? lol

2. Congrats to rookie Coach Steve Kerr.
