I don't watch the show but I knew Mimi Imfurst 10 years ago! He was friends with a friend of mine and then a year later we both worked at the same college together. It's so cool that someone local is competing on this show! I know he had a tough life...being thrown out of home for being gay but he was adopted by two lesbians when he was 17 or 18 and they gave him a place to stay, etc. He moved to NYC several years ago and I hadn't seen him since until now...

I just caught the "Drag Queens In Outer Space" on VH-1. RuPaul is seriously making some money off the show! Not only is it on LOGO, but VH-1 too! U go girl! Anyway, I won't spoil it for those who haven't seen it yet, I just wanted to say...although, I like Lady Gaga...her influence is everywhere, and I'm getting real sick of it fast! I thought the Armadillo shoes were cool the 1st time, but do we need to see 2 Drag Queens sport them in one episode? Enough! They don't look original anymore! Ok...I'm done.

Yeah they did a "...Leigh Bowery?..." look. Although Leigh wasn't a drag queen, his influence on Boy George is obvious, so these Queens need to do their homework. And yes, those glued on eyes were a bit much. He was creative though!

Like I said, I feel like Ru saw that "potential shit-stirrer" and decided to spice it up, much like they did with bringing New York back for another season on Flava Flav's show.
