America's Next Top Model started this past week!

It was kind of nice that they got right into the competition instead of having all the audition crap.

Tyra started off playin this joke on the girls that made it by telling them they had been rejected.

That was cool and all, but what I wanna know is WHAT ABOUT THE GIRLS THAT REALLY DID NOT MAKE IT...it looked like they had pics in their envelopes and were jumpin up and down all excited. That is some shit.

Loved/hated the jankity walk in a bubble "challenge" but I do lurves me some schadenfreude... when they fall 'sall good...

Hated that they called that one girl out on a bad picture when it was clearly that wakk-ass photographers fault the pic sukked...

There's something about Kasia's face that's so wrong it's right. I do like her.

She reminds me of this Asian model chick who's name I can't remember. I think she was in some movie about schoolgirls who were really spies or something like that.

Doggonit, I missed the premier. Based on the promo photos, though, my early favorites are Ondrei, Mikaela, Angelia and Nicole -- probably in that order.

I missed it too, damnit! I never know when anything premiers because I don't watch commercials.

Mikaela is the hottest.

Yeah, Ondrei is my second fav as well.

So I predict that these two go very far.

I like Ondrei, but Jaclyn, the girl with the baby face, really suprised me. I completely doubted her until I saw her backstage shot.

It isn't perfect but it's almost there. I also like Britanni a lot. Mikaela has an alien face. I don't love her but I know she'll go far.

There appear to be over 3,000 ANTM shots available at the CW Network site. I got the Molly bee shot from there. I assumed it was already shown in the premier episode.

So if the bee shoot doesn't air until tomorrow, was there a photo shoot/competition for the premier show? Or were they just weeding the girls down to the 14?

The opening started off with the 14 already picked.

They had a runway challenge where they walked in a big bubble on a 12" runway over a pool

Their photo challenge was shot backstage while prepping for the fashion show.

She always used to do the photo challenge and they'd flash the pic at the start of panel. I didn't notice if she did it this time.

OH LMAO!!!

I had to go look up which one she was. I think there's something that could be lovely in her, but she needs to keep her mouth shut.

She also "reads" borderline plus size (I think she might just have a big face) or is it just me? She looks normal size to me.
